Do they actually work, have you tested them? Because I've downloaded similar live wallpapers (the microbes from nexus s and more) and they wont work. And now i have wallpapers that take up memory because i can't remove then since they're .zip.
Could you upload a screenshot.

Wouldn't you help people more by just updating the first post with those mods and the second post with screenshots instead of making a new post for each one of them? :good:
Or you can combine both methods, keep posting a new post for every new mod or screenshot, but also keep updating first and second post with links for the mods and screenshots. :good:

I can not test
Hey guys
i found a way to get bootanimation.zip support for our galaxy star
so here it is
PLZ DONT FORGET TO THANK ME IF I HELPED
It has been tested on the Note II by @smokin1337 and on our star by me but should work with any samsung device that uses samsungani to load boot animations. If it doesn't work for you please post here.
make sure busybox is installed The updater-script uses busybox to mount the partitions, so if it doesn't flash correctly install busybox from an app on the play store then try again.
i have kept a sample bootanimation.zip in the downloads it is google play edition boot animation for all u google lovers
How to use:
Add bootanimation.zip to /system/media
Flash Bootanimation4U.zip in recovery
If you want sound add an ogg file named PowerOn.ogg to /system/media/audio/ui, if sound doesn't work be sure /system/bin/samsungpowersoundplay exists if its there it will play sound if not its not included in your rom download it HERE then put it where it belongs and fix the perms which should be rwxr-xr-x
download boot animations of resolution 240x320 any ba with dat resolution will do
Reboot...Enjoy
*****RENAME ALL ANIMATIONS YOU DOWNLOAD FROM THE NET TO bootanimation.zip BEFORE PLACING IT
