installed the kernel, but did not change thing

Did you do a full wipe in recovery before installing rom?
Sent from my Flying MM X10 using xda premium

Yes I did

Lets start from the beginning - reflash kernel supplied in rom topic then boot into recovery then do factory reset/full wipe then wipe cache then go into advanced and wipe dalvik cache then go into mounts and storage and format system and cache and data then mount cache data and system then install the rom let it finish then reboot back into recovery and flash the fix aswell then reboot phone and try that leave for at least 20 minutes if not booting just to make sure if it still isn't booting then take battery out and leave for 1minute put back in then boot back into recovery and wipe dalvik cache again and cache then reboot phone and try if not then I say your phone doesn't like the rom at all and try a different rom
Sent from my Flying MM X10 using xda premium

There is no problem in installing the kernel, but when you install the room remains hanging on the phone logo remics-ux

Like I said start from the beginning and do all the steps I said in previous post and reply with the outcome

Also don't flash any addons apart from fix after rebooting phone after rom install because this can cause bootloop

I have downloaded the ROM successfully but another problem emerged, which is that the usb does not function

Another problem is that the wifi does not function

The problem is resolved usb but not left into solve the problem of the wifi

Read 3rd post in rom topic wifi fix is there might fix USB aswell not sure but please when flashing a rom make sure you read everything in the topic that the developer states that's how alot of these topics come up as instructions and extra info has not been followed

Can you give me a wifi fix

Knowing I carried the file in this link, but did not solve the problem:http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=26601669&postcount=15

http://forum.xda-developers.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=1168653&d=1341125320 wifi fix for rom TAKEN FROM 3RD POST of topic as I originally stated flash that kernel should fix it if not use a different rom
Download that file and extract it to find the kernel ftf file put in firmware folder on flashtools and flash it ok

Hello people. Here`s the deal, I`ve got a galaxy ace s5830i, and I`ve rooted it using this method here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1552792. It worked well, and after that I installed CWM, but the thing is that everytime I boot into recovery mode I have the stock recovery, and if I want to use CWM I have to reinstall it everytime from SD.
Did I missed something here or I have to install it every time I wanna use it?
I mention that I have no custom ROM installed, I`m on gingerbread 2.3.6
# 2nd issue. I have updated SuperUser binary, but I don`t know how/or if I should update busybox. I`ve read that some people bricked their phone after installing busybox from android market. My current Busybox version is 1.18.4
# 3rd issue is internal memory. I`ve searched google up & down for this but I wouldn`t wanna partition my SD to use link2sd apps.
I was thinking of a way to repartition the whole internal system, system cache, and data. Anybody know something about this?
Plus, where can I find a list with stock apps that can be deleted & kept, specially for s5830i / gingerbread 2.3.6 ?
Thanks in advance to all those willing to help with an answer.

i think old Rafael Kernel got permanent CWM but i cant remember which version.

[Q] It it possible to fix bricked S5830i using CWM Recovery

My S5830i is bricked but I'm unable to connect it to my computer using USB as I think there's a problem with the socket on the phone.
I can access the CWM Recovery so is it possible to fix it from there? I've tried different kernals and roms but it hangs on the Samsung logo when I restart it. Is there a Stock Rom and Kernal which will install using CWM? All I can find are custom roms which hang on the Samsung logo.
Please help
Many thanks
Do you have a ROM that works on your SD? If so yes wipe data cache and flash it.
If not
Look for a Factory image .tar file and put phone in download mode and use Odin. Look for a thread on your phone.

S3 Stuck in a boot loop, need help

Hello guys
I've been searching for a few days how to fix this problem but nothing helps, so I came to ask here.
I've tried flashing emergency firmware , also with .pit files ; tried repairing it with KIES too. Nothing.
It's S3 Blue 16gb version.
It's impossible to get into recovery , but I managed to get in it with CWM(after trying at least 100 times) , and these are the errors I got.
i.imgur.com/duLiUsD.jpg
i.imgur.com/aVgSvLt.jpg
i.imgur.com/GRxIyhD.jpg
It shows Samsung galaxy S III logo and stays there or reboots all the time.
I can get into download mode and flash whatever I want with odin, but whatever I flash, same issue.
Looking forward to your advices/help. Anything would be appriciated.

I had that issue before. Try to update your version of CWM or just change and use philz TWRP. Then wipe/format data, system, cache and dalvik then try again to flash the rom of your choice :fingers-crossed:

I need to try like 100x times to just get into CWM and then when i try to wipe I get those errors I posted in photos.
Philz / TWRP doesn't even want to boot into them.
When I boot into recovery there is android standing and some sort of progress bar and it starts to fill and the phone restarts to galaxy logo again..
Bump //
I tried flashing stock ICS but no luck.
I flashed stock ICS with "T flash" and " NAND erase " turned on and I just got android Downloading mode.
Then, I went to Kies and did firmware repair and I got past Galaxy screen and phone started turning on and installing apps
and rebooted again with the same issues.
