Boot into recovery
Create a backup
Do a full wipe
Install zip from SD card
wipe cache and dalvik

update may be soon. got some cool things to release.
for a later version
Lockscreen, ported over miui v4's
toggles/quick settings (trying to re-render it to mimic miui toggles)
mapping hard keys, half press cam already launches search. working on torch (flashlight) for power button or both vol key press.
any suggestions?

Been running this for a couple hours and no complaints so far, nice work. TWs Blueberry theme for mean Rom works really well along with HPs transparent widget package. Gonna try out zepplins multi tasking script. Thanks again man. Later,,,,,,
