I've installed CWM and a app to overclock, but the max clock that appears is 1024, what should i do to get biggers clocks?
Get a kernel which support higher frequencies.
p.s. you need unlocked bootloader to flash custom kernels..

Make sure which Android version you are using.
Gingerbread (2.3.4)? Ice Cream Sandwich (4.0.4)? Or even Jelly Bean (4.1)?
Then check this thread:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1313445
This is a post about all the ROMs and Kernels available for your phone.
Read the first posts of the provided links carefully, there you will find OC specs.
I recommend Nightelf and Suave for ICS and Galaxian and Nightelf for Gingerbread. Just test them.
Good luck and have fun!

Is stock kernel, which doesn't let higher than 1.0 Ghz.
To OP: There aren't much ICS kernels yet, but I think I saw somewhere v2 kernel for some MiniCMSandwich ROM(I think) that allowed overclock.
I find it,thanks. This Kernel is here

1.6 to 1.8 ghz.. but i dont think it is advisable.. might cause overheating..
if u want just flash a kernel with OC..
and link2sd does speed up ur phone.. it did mine!
Stock ROM cannot be overclocked!
Custom kernels can be but they require unlocked bootloader!

Of course, unlocking bootloader for custom kernel is the best. Init.d and overclocking are probably the most effective. Not a single game lags on my phone. If not, the methods listed above should improve the performance somewhat.

flykernel + stock 587 is pretty awesome. it's hard to accept stock but trust me i also dont believe how sony can do this. 587 is absolutely leaving 431 behind.

Tried that combination, and yes is nice.
But Sony doesnt have reason to give us maximum in midrange phones (in their firmwares).
Developers have reasons to do that.
Thats why we have plenty of roms better than stock.

yep. that's exactly what i mean, if a normal rom is great, what if it is a 'super' rom?

The latest stock build has been heavily optimised - the difference between it and custom roms in terms of performance is pretty minimal.
However, in terms of native customisation not so much and I don't really like the Sony UI.
Put Apex or Nova launcher on it instead and you have a different beast though.
Stock build, custom kernal, a few mods and Nova launcher = very slick phone.
Not sure if you have a pre-rooted stock .587, but if not:
Download a copy of the stock from boyracers list http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1627627 (i usually pick generic nordic).
Then follow Knight's insturctions here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1849802 to root it youself. It's pretty simple and nice to have hold of if you have problems with other roms.
Pair it with something like sirkays ics kernel or the new flykernel and your laughing... Apex launcher gets a +1 from me too

I tried this ROM and I was curious of the benchmark score. But I got "only" 4300 in Antutu with CPU over clock 1,3 GHz.
I can't understand how you can get score above 6000, that's all. Still I keep this ROM flashed in my Neo V. Thanks

If you want 6000 score put ondemand governor, Sio scheduler oc upto 1.4 or above close all apps wait for mobile to cool down.. Now run the benchmark... BTW don't judge the Rom by benchmarks

and yes it's not possible to get a antutu score of 6000 with cpu at 1ghz and ondemand governor
even performance governor won't give you such a high score it's only possible by oc
the only kernel that gave such a high score without oc is 3.0.8 kernel
