Can someone,please,help me deodex a rom?i use stock .50 rom!
i found this tutorial http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1767392 on xda but i can`t manage to do it!can someone please help me with a better tutorial?

Will that work on Sola ICS???
I tried the ported small apps from Xperia T for S and it didn't work so after doin some research I found that you should hv deodexed rom so I wana try n do that to Sola stock ICS so I can try n install it again!!

It will work on any phone AFAIK.And sola is already deodexed,so there is no need to deodex again .

Though so cause there ain't no. Lex files...
But y is that small apps ain't working I want them so bad

thnak you bro... I just realized I did'n have the stock app I've changed for one moded that looks like tock weird no??? jajaj anyway thnk s for sharing I just wanna test if the transparent backgroud in dialpad from xperia T dissapears ......
Guys, can someone tell me if i can put custom roms on my rooted sola with locked bootloader, cause i prefer not to unlock it?

First of all you cannot untill you hv CWM installed on your device
You can install it acc
A) Unlocked Bootloader :
Follow the below post ans you will be able yo install CWM on your Sola

B) Locked Bootloader :
Works still in progress to install CWM on locked Bootloader, it's already working on Xperia U so if you wana try knock yourself out

Locked bootloaders can't install custom roms I guess

I'm having same problem here... Just rooted my Xperia Sola stock ICS.. Try to flash the CWM and they said my device is NOT compatible... :/ Help me please! Thanks anyone who will help me out!

Unlock bootloader and follow the instructions in the link ive givin in my post above
If you dont wana then wait CWM will be der for Sola locked bootloaders too

can pimp my rom work on xperia sola either on stock ics or gb.Has anyone tested it

Can you extract walkman package from that rom and make a zip of it?I cannot flash that rom because I have locked bootloader and I don't want to unlock it.

hello everyone i m just getting confuse as i have asked everyone but telling some different answers so to clear i have opened the thread and now my question is that ...........
now i have unlock BL and tried many JB roms so now i want to go to ics rom so how i have to go to ics roms as i should flash ftf file(nordic) by flashool or i should flash any ics kernel to install ics rom ...

You can flash stock ftf if you want...Its not absolutely necessary...Or youcan just flash an ics kernel and rom and you will be fine...
