you must have unlocked bootloader in order to install ICS rom.

i wanted to backup my rom via rom toolbox pro (4.4.4) then i choosed reboot into recovery and then i stucked at the windows phone animation (custom bootanimation )

If you have no solution and have unlocked bootloader, then try installing a custom kernel.

Currently no, u need bootloader unlocked and custom kernel for it
cm7 must use custom kernel from cm7

no need to be exactly from cm7
most of the custom kernels will work for it. for eg, i use lupus

I don't think that trying CM7 on a stock GB kernel (or even stock based custom kernel) is a good idea. The rom will boot properly, no doubt about that but you will most likely get fc's.

I have a lww with unlock btldr, first im using stock gb then im flash with bbof kerne

Sorry about that, my touch screen is slow/lag, i can't type quickly as before, maybe im wrong flashing rom from stock gb to custom ics. Flashing again stock gb the problem still same, how to fix this?Sent from my WT19i using xda app-developers app

Since you have unlocked bootloader and flashed a kernel, you might want to install a ROM.

That depends on what your current kernel is and what android version it's for. What rom did u use before u flashed stock?

so i would suggest you to use .pit file while flashing :thumbup:

Install ics ultimate v4 on sola with locked bl

Hi all...I would to install ics ultimate v4 on my sola .54 which has experience v2.1 installed...but to do this with a locked bootloader I have to flash another kernel instead of that in the related post...but I don't know what kernel use...can you help me please?

You can not. For flashing any other kernel except stock you need unlocked bootloader.

If it works with stock kernel... In some cases custom roms work with custom kernels only, so to not brick your device be sure this rom works with stock kernel.
EDIT: after you have locked bl how will you install stock kernel with recovery?
