Amaze and Sensation are very close no ?
So there is a MIUI ROM for the Sensation, that could help i think

The htc amaze has a 1.5 dual core snapdragon s3 processor and the sensation has a 1.2 dual core processor. So might not be that easy. ;-) but good luck.

I am looking to getting this phone in the next few days and dumping this crappy G2x.
I need MIUI. I wish Android UI tried to make their O/S like MIUI. Its more practical!
The fact that I can reject a call with an SMS, or have a better dialer / contacts.
The most attractive feature is the fact that I can choose my lockscreen and everything else right from the settings.
Settings are easier to navigate.
I can switch from using my bluetooth, to my handset, to my speakerphone right from the call I'm in ......

LG G2x and Optimus 2x = same phone..... Downloaded Optimus 2x MIUI ROM..... Phone got stuck in Airplane Mode......
Downloaded many different versions..... MIUI Rom was not performing right...
Just because Sensation and Amaze are close in specs... doesn't mean that they are the same. It takes 1 little spec to be off in order to make the whole rom not work right.... Developers from all over on xda admit that to port the MIUI Rom to the Amaze would be a ***** and a half.... Not a lot of people even want to touch it.... I wish they would because I am crazy about MIUI...

Roms do not port easily to the amaze... Not one bit. I haven't tried using logcat to find out why yet. I would love getting some miui on this device as well.

I am searching for the same thing, I much prefer the sense 4.0 keyboard to any other one I have used on my DHD.
I have encountered many "sense 4.0 themed" keyboards but, as of yet, none of them even look the part.
If I have any luck, I'll post what I find here.

The sense one really isnt all that productive vs the stock android one. I like the rest of the sense stuff so I'd be happy to mod it out. I'm rooted. Anyone have any experience doing this?
Yes there are several mods and ROMs available that do this. Check the development section

Was going to try and download this for my VM HTC Evo V (previously used it for the sprint evo 3d and LOVED IT) but once i get on the infected roms forums and click the download link I get:
Not Found
The requested URL /main/EVO_4G_Developers/Virus/Eternity/ was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Anybody know if this rom is still around or even supported? I was really hoping to get the Eternity Rom, because it runs so nice and I love the fell of it :victory:
are you wanting the GB rom, or looking for ICS rom?

Sucks that this device had like, a month of life in it. Just charged mine to wipe it and give it to some good will store. Probably so vulnerable to threats under such old OS that it isn't funny.
