Hi,
I've developed a tool for dual/triple/quadro/... booting the NativeSD-ROMs (Android or FirefoxOS) from Windows Mobile 6.5
How to use it:
Extract the zip-file and copy the "WinAndroid.exe" in the NativeSD-directory on your SD-Card.
After starting it, the tool automaticaly analyses the NativeSD-Folder and it shows the installed ROMs. Then you can select the ROM (in the directory "/NativeSD/") or the Recovery (in directory "4EXTRecovery", "twrp2", "twrp2.3.3.0.ex" or "recoverytytungbackup") and click on "Boot selected" to start it.

Technical informations:
ROM-Start: It automaticaly copies the two files zImage and initrd.gz to the "NativeSD"-directory and starts clrcad.exe and haret.exe in the same directory.
Recovery-Start: It starts clrcad.exe and haret.exe in the "4EXTRecovery"-, "twrp2"- or "twrp2.3.3.0.ex"-directory.
Last booted Android (default selected): It starts the Android-ROM, which was started the last time. It is the same as "ROM-Start" without copy the two files. (since Version V2)
Tip:
To start the tool with one click, generate a link in the startmenu of Windows Mobile.
If you use the Classic-SD-Methode (not NativeSD-Methode), then you can download the WinAndroid-Classic, extract it, copy the EXE in the directory of your Classic-SD-Android, generate a link in the startmenu of Windows Mobile and start it...

It's the first release and it can have some bugs... you should make a backup...
I've tested it with NexusHD2-JellyBean-CM10.1 (4.2.2), NexusHD2-JellyBean-CM10 (4.1.2), NexusHD2-ICS-CM9 (4.0.4) (from tytung), PACman (4.1.2), AOKP(4.1.1) (from Xylograph) and CM7 (2.3.7) (from c1cl0n) and FirefoxOS (Boot to Gecko) (from feherneoh) ROMs with htc-WinMo6.5 (with .Net-Runtime 3.5). Because it is a .Net-program, it is possible, that it works on a Windows Phone 7.x too... someone should test and report it...

Multiple Android-Starter (WinMo 6.5 + NativeSD-Android) works!
Thanks tested good on Windows Mobile WM6.5. Recognised all 11 of my NativeSD folders and booted into the one I selected (PAC). Renamed folder to 4EXTRecovery and it recognized and ran that.
Would be nice to be able to sort in alphabetical order.

o82239 Fantastic thanks, V2 works well and it is nice to see the ROMs are sorted. I have started suggesting to some OPs that they add it to their first page.
This is a great first contribution to xda! Welcome! If you want another idea for a useful little WP program I would like a button (with suitable logo) that would run 4EXT Recovery. (I know I can run WinAndroid and then select Recovery but I am lazy! I already wrote a WM NativeSD-mscr but it does not have a nice logo!)
If you want to move your thread we can ask Poyensa or one of the other moderators to help. I agree that "HD2 Android Q&A and General" is probably not the right place. The question is what should it be under?

I would like to add something to the wish/idea of Tom, in the Android SD developement section BoxmaX |23 |10 | BoxmaX.S3.5.v10 created a different approach for his ROM and clrcad and haret are not in the NativeSD folder but in the "Direct" folder on the root of the sdcard.
I don't know as I'm not a Hacker whether it would possible for your little tool to run a search and/or filter on folder containing clrcad and haret ?
This output could then be used to create a list/ui and to start the ROM the user just wanna use.

Try the "Classic"-Tool (see new tool [with icon ] in the first post), witch I've developed some month ago and now updating it with some improvements of the NativeSD-Version. You can copy it in your folder of each Android, make a link in the startmenu (perhaps rename it to the Android-Version, like "Recovery") and start it...

What do you think about the "Classic"-Version in the first post?
I think, that we have a performance-problem, if we scan the SD-Card on every start of the program. I've a 32GByte-SD and very much files (car-navigation-software, geocaching-software,... with much map-files...) and it can take some houres to scan it. Therefore, to perfom it, I have to save the locations of the scanning and have to read it at start... but then I need an storage (database, registry, file,...) and I dont like this... I love tools with no trash: only copy it, try it and if it is not good, delete only one exe (no files, no database, no registry on place HKCU/HKLM,... which were created from the tool). Classic-Version is better, isn't it? You can copy 20 or more Classic-Versions in different folders and link them to the startmenu and rename the startmenu-icon.. What do you think?

I've a litle request, because you have so much installed ROMs. Is the handling ok (scrollbar or touch and scroll)? What about landscape-mode? Can you post some screenshots?
I've only tested this in an emulator and this is not a HD2...
Is the Classic-tool (with icon )ok for your recovery?

Please find attached screenshots as requested. I would suggest a program title at the top of the screen. When I try and press the first row for Recovery, my screen turns off because it is too close to the proximity sensor :laugh:
Thanks for the Classic-tool - it works OK for recovery but has the same icon as the WinAndroid one but do not worry (I will use my MortScript as it has a different icon).

Klaus yes I can select the recovery-entry on the right side of the screen. I still think it would look better with a title bar and one or two lines of instruction, for example, "Select Recovery or NativeSD ROM and then press Boot select..."
Can I make another request. In datagr Android application he updates a text file with the folder name of the currently selected ROM. Could you do the same please? The file in the NativeSD folder is called Rom_name.txt

Klaus please forget this idea as datagr has been given some magic (code) different way to get the ROM name and probably will not update the text file. However you could use the text file technique if you want to.

READ THIS FIRST POST COMPLETELY BEFORE FLASHING!!!
ATTENTION: There has been 3 reports including mine of a random probably device specific issue/bug, its the "windows mobile logo hangs and eternal soft resets issue" as i call it, this IS NOT A ROM RELATED BUG, this might or might not happen to you, nether me or hdubli can predict this, if it happens to you go back to ether your stock rom or hdublis 23506, we havent found any solution or even what causes it, bear with us guys were trying to track this down.
NEW RELEASE BETA 3 IS NOW ONLINE
This is beta 3 guys so enjoy, this rom was cooked to have a HTC HD2 feel to it, just try it, you wont be dissapointed.
HERE ARE THE FLASHING INSTRUCTIONS:
- Download 'ACER S200 Beta 3.rar'
- Extract 'ACER S200 Beta 3.rar' where-ever you choose(I prefer the Desktop)
- Navigate to '(wherever you extracted Acer S200 Beta 3.RAR)\ACER s200 beta 3\1. Flash'
- Double Click on 'ACER_EUU.exe'
- Click 'Next'
- Click 'Continue'
- Click 'Yes'
- Click 'OK'
- Completely power off your phone
- Once phone is powered off hold down the 'Camera' and 'Power' Buttons until LED indicator starts blinking
- Once LED indicator on the front of the phone is blinking click 'OK' on your computer
- Wait until 'ACER_EUU.exe' says 'Finished'(It should take 15-25 minutes)
- Once it is done flashing, hold 'Power' button on phone until it vibrates

After you have set up your device copy the .cabs that are in '(wherever you extracted Acer S200 Beta 3.RAR)\ACER s200 beta 3\2. CABs' to your device and install them in the following order:
1. Fixsms.cab
(Restart)

(Restart)
3. E-natives showcasesuite
(Restart)
4. Easykeyboard.cab
5. Improve sound.cab
(Restart)
6. 1_percent_battery.cab

How to change backgrounds to still or animated:
1.Install any kind of reg editor.
2.Go here HKCU\software\htc\manila
3.In that registry look for a string that says "AnimatedBackgroundPath", click on it and its going to show a path "Windows\AnimatedWallpaperPath\" here add any of the animated wallpapers located in "windows\Animated Wallpapers".
4.Same thing for still WVGA wallpapers.
5.Then disable and Enable manila.

NOTE:The rom dosnt look like that, that how it looks on my device with the stuff i installed after flashing, if anything goes wrong with the rom, flash back to 23506 or a stock rom.

I kind of agree with JMFC too. Unless you can at least turn those buttons off. I still haven't played with WM 6.5 too much.
Also, I have been wondering if you could adapt the tf3d bar to go to other programs than what htc has used. IF you like a different music player or photo viewer for instance. My main uses are the programs tab, the internet tab, and the weather tab. Home and contacts being obvious as well.

I think this can be done by some registry changes, il have to look into that but im pretty sure it can be done, il let you know as soon as i find them.

Who had the stupid idea of those ugly buttons. Main reason for not flased Hdubli's rom are those. And I definetely like them on top.
If I had the option to revert to 21857 rom I would proceed (even not the original).
But you are my heroes guys. Keep on.

If My S200 connected the handfree and standby for about half hour
the bluetooth handfree will have lag,echo.
I have tried to connect the handfree to my little mobile Samsung M-628.
Everything work fine...

You could say so, i pointed him to the right OEM packages that were needed, and so he manage to make it work 98%, there are still some bugs like SMS arnt working, mails cant be open and so on, but im looking it into these problems to fix them, so no worrys, il keep you guys update, unless hdubli fixes them before me xD.

it's what I use on my neoTouch
skinning later may be the easiest thing to do, although I do hope they have a very thin bar for the bottom bar that fits wvga better. I don't like how it interferes with tf3d's slide bar. But really I just can't wait to get this up and running.
Also, I still need a layman's breakdown of backing up my current stock ROM. I read some of what hdubli already put out, but if it is possible to simplify it, it would be a great help.
And when this 2.5 ROM is finished, I'd love for a very simple step by step to flash it properly. I think flashing is probably easier on the f1 than it was on the f900, since I don't believed they figured out how to flash from a sdcard. But I have only done it about 3 times so far, and want to make sure I've got it down before I screw it up.

Actually, after reading more into how to backup a rom, by dumping and reconstructing, this doesn't seem to be the thing for me to attempt. I don't seem to be able to find any programs/utilities that will handle this as well. SO................
Would any of the experiencenced people here be so kind as to actually reconstruct and make a factory rom for the Acer s200 available? I am too old to learn too many new tricks, and while I am a capable dabbleler, I am by no means capable of being a professional. So knowing my limits, I can only stand on the street and ask for help.
By the way, if you need the stock rom to reconstruct, and can tell me how to dump it on my device, I would be happy to send it to you.

First of all, i want to thank to all the People on the XDA-Developers for getting me so far with cooking and for using there resources and files.
Here is my Modular ROM in Editions Pure, Geek and Black Media WWE with Acer 3.003c drivers and Windows Mobile 6.5.5.
So - what´s the Idea behind the Modular ROM?
Well, it´s very simple. There is ONE basic Module: its my Clean WWE ROM - Based on Windows Mobile 6.5.5 with latest Acer 3.003b Drivers including latest released Wi-Fi Patch - cutted down to only needed system modules and Acer software. I can update this Basic ROM more often without to rebuild all the Editions.
I am using this ROM as basis for making of Three Editions: Pure Edition, Geek Edition and Black Media Edition.
In the Flash folder you are gonna see three extrom.bin files:
extrom.bin.Pure, extrom.bin.Geek and extrom.bin.BlackMedia.
So when you choose the Edition that you want to flash, just rename your Edition file (example extrom.bin.Geek if you want the Geek Edition) to extrom.bin and start the flashing procedure.
Will there be a Sense Edition?
Well, it is possible to make one. There are some Manila 2.5.2012 cab´s floating around in the XDA-Developers Board, but i ain´t gonna make one.
Why?
Out of respect for Arto, our great Sense Master. He is doing his job very well, and i don´t want to interfere with him. So if you want a Sense Edition, download Arto´s Sense ROM.
Oh, i almost forgot it - i have a Family and Job, so i can´t spend allot of time answering the questions - once per day is possible. So please, have understanding for it - i am using my free time for cooking ROMs.

Geek Edition:
I added small customizations to the Titanium Surface, but the strong sides of the Geek Edition are installed Tools. Here are some Pictures of the Geek Edition:
As you can see on the Pictures, we have Black theme, custom Taskbar, allot of Tools: EzInput 2.1 with SIPChange and EzInput Menu, Sort Start Menu Icons, Shortcut Maker, CHome Editor, Advanced Configuration Tool, ING Change Font, NoData in Roaming, and so on...
In Office Package is Adobe PDF 2.5 LE with ReFlow, HTC Calculator and Notepad.
Installed Programs are: G-Alarm Free Edition, xTask Manager (small Icon on the Bottom Right corner), Total Commander, Opera Mobile 10 with FlashLite Plug-in, FTPCe (Utility to make FTP connection to the Device if you are missing USB Cable), Nitrogen Black, TCPMP Black, Home Screen Customizer, Reset and Wi-Fi Toogle, Acer Agenda, S2U2, and so on...
After the Flash procedure reload the theme in S2U2 Settings to look like on the Picture.

Caution: Before flashing check if you have folder on your SD Card named 2577. If you have it, then either delete it or take the SD Card out before you flash. This folder breaks the installation of extrom.bin, causing for the device to not function properly.

Missing WiFi in Comm. Manager - Solution 1
If someone have problem that WiFi is missing from Comm. Manager here is temporary fix for this.
It looks like that when you use Opera or some other programs that use WiFi - if the program crashes, the WiFi is missing in the Comm. Manager.
That is because the registry string for WiFi was altered.
Start the installed Total Commander. Tap on Plugins > Registry.
Go to "[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\State\Hardware]" and change the WiFi string to 1.
Now you have WiFi option back in the Comm. Manager.
Or you can download the attached cab file and run it.
If you are still facing this problem then go to > Start menu > Settings > Connections > USB to PC - and disable the advanced network functionality.

For some people the Solution 1 doesn´t work, so i made the Solution 2 - this is DEFINITELY working.
But after every Softreset the WiFi will be automatically ON. Just go to Comm. Manager and set it off.

- Is Dutch language pack included? if not, I looked ad the dev tread of eziput 2.1 but couldn't find what I wass looking for(do I need to instal packages or packages ext or something else?)
- Is slide to end working on your device? On my previous netnerd Rom I couldn't hang up without unlocking it manually first (it was quite enoying... tried everything though and al the settings where ok)
Anyways, keep up this project and I think i'm going for the Geek edition to (i'm an spb user though

First completely power down the device. Then push all this three buttons together: Power, Volume Down, Camera and wait for LED to start flashing orange.
Connect the device, install the drivers and flash the ROM.

Did you also rename the .bin files like instructed in the opening post?
@brainmaster, I using the ROM for 1 day now and everything seems to be going great. The only problem I run into sometimes is that the screens keeps waking up. Sometime it doens't but other moments it just keeps on waking up, turns of screen again and within 30 seconds in the screen turns back on. This goes on in a loop. I haven't got any clue how this is causted or affected. Any ideas and do you have the same problem? Or else I must reflash
Slide2end and your cab for Dutch Language are working great btw! erzinput is working superb!
edit: I think the problem is the program xtask manager. Tried without and seems to be fine now. Think S2U and xtask interfere. Did like it though (but back to arkswitch again)

When you flash the ROM you see most widgets, panels and clocks from maxSense on the 3 screens. It's up to you to design your own screens. Check out the maxSense thread for more information. Several themes are available as well in the MaxSense Custom Design Collections thread. Informations and help for the Facebook tab can be found in the Facebook v1.5 thread.
Of course, as usual with my ROMs the main theme is Japanese. If you don't like it, well there are other ROMs around her
Other graphic tweaks are from bignadad, millski and swiss420
I didn't cook a ROM with Japanese keyboard, font and Softbank Internet and SMail support for the public, if you need it, just tell me.
The kitchen is available as well, but the maxSense packages are not included. maxycy wants to keep the project under control. If you want to cook your own ROM with maxSense, you have to contact maxycy by email.

Known bugs:
HTC Sense email tab: softbuttons not working correct (opening camera instead of mailbox,)
There is a bug in maxSense v1.05. If you access the email tab thru the HTC Sense overview tab, the softbuttons are mapped double, causing them to work wierd. But if you access the email tab thru the alert widget, it is working correct. See attached screenshots!

Wanted to wait for MaxSense v1.02, but it might take some more time before it is published.
Will make some more tests with the current version then I will publish the ROM. But there are some glitches in MaxSense v1.01, as discussed in the MaxSense thread.

Ok, finally I published my ROM with MaxSense v1.01.
I wished the v1.02 with the additional gadgets would come faster, but I guess there is some bugfixing necessary.
Included packages for Full and Light version will be posted on the weekend, no time right now.

I can only guess that your security level is set too high. I have around 500 visitors every day and none of them complained ever about virus, malware, spyware or anything else harmfull.
Maybe its like with the HardSPL and the AV programs. Its just a false warning or over protection.
I guess you can add my URL somehow to the trusted sites list. I have no Windows 7 so I do not know how to do it unfortunately.

Thanks for downloading and testing my ROM. Let me know about battery drain and about memory. I see some memory drain problems on the ROM and I am not sure if it is the 21907 build or the maxSense.

thanks for this nice rom. max sense works quite well. i have just one problem with the calendar widget at home screen. It shows no event at all.
Battery consumption look good, just lost around 10% over night.
edit 1: after installing an other lock screen and reboot again, calendar works. After one more boot not worked agian. Than I boot again and it worked. Seems soemthing is quite strange
edit 2: if I press the End Key button long time I get the message: Shortcut Target: Error opening the shortcut or locating the target filename.

My HTC TD2 used only half a day. I think it a big problem of your ROM. 21095 and 21097 are the same.

Thanks for the feedback, I will check the calendar view problem.I have never seen the problem on my Topaz. Which lock screen application did you install?
For te long press end key, I know the problem, I forgot a package. I will check on the weekend, right now I am on a business trip.

And battery life.... I allready flashed this ROM http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=750338 It´s great ROM fast, stable, without problems but(i apologize), battery life is terrible.

A nice side effect of the architecture of Extendir is that you should have longer battery life!
(I don’t have real test results for this yet so I don't know how much longer you do with your battery but I've heard confirmations.)
But Extendir has also a very nice bonus feature: it can extend your windows directory!
Every file (not folder) that will be installed in the folder “\Extendir\WinDir” or in any one of its subfolders will get a virtual alias in the windows folder. When the OS request the file from the windows folder, it will be redirected to the real location of the file without the OS ever knowing about it.

I only needed first part for whatever reason! 4th time worked. It was full copy. I flashed only the .nbh from first part and it works fine. I did not flash 2nd part. I am not sure what happened there. I am booted in fine. Apps load fine.
Also I see what you meant by WP8 tiles - you just meant design, not the actual resizables.

This ROM is hands down the best ROM in terms of functionality, customization and speed out of the box.
ALL NOKIA apps are working perfectly fine!

Thanks for the quick reply. See attached screen capture for the part 1 file I downloaded. What is on the part2.rar file? I also downloaded that file but thats also broken, nbh file shows 0byte will wait for your new upload and feedback.

You need put both 2 files "Titan 8779 Nokia Edition v3.part1.rar" and "Titan 8779 Nokia Edition v3.part2.rar" in the same folder, then unrar the "Titan 8779 Nokia Edition v3.part1.rar".

fonts in this rom are used in bold, so i want to know how to bring them to normal, for example in every application title bar uses very bold font and also the date and time in lockscreen

You need put the wp7 default font pack into /windows.

Hmmm delete the (1) in the first part's name. And try using winrar to unzip it
I think probably for me it worked because by default both rar were downloaded into same place by my IE.
Then, I unrar the first part. I was already on radio 16, so just used advancedRUU to flash partone.nbh
It sort of will 'slow down' between 49-58% but I won't call it a freeze or hang.
Just make a cuppa and when you come back it will be somewhere around 83% and then it picks up!
But once flashed it is SO GOOD. First I was skeptical with all that bold fond, extra themes, extra colours and apps that it will be laggy hell. But then I was able to restore my 173 apps, all contacts, all docs, all pics, all accounts within 90 minutes over WiFi. So yes, it is THAT fast in transition. Doesn't feel heavy at all..
I agree with one of the comments about 'bold' fonts. But then I thought, if MSFT itself is going to move away from "Metro" why not try something different and it has been just about 10 hours since flash, I am already used to bold fonts and new font type in SMS etc. It feels new.
The big plus is it becomes like a hybrid of Lumia and Titan. You get all HTC goodies pre loaded and when you go to marketplace you can load and use ALL Lumia stuff. I am defo against this sort of manufacturer piracy and I am personally not using it. But I know we have a large number of users who think it is OK to use Nokia exclusives on other brands. For them, this ROM is perfect.
All NOK apps install and run without a glitch.
I cannot thank enough for all the hard work that is being put into Titan custom ROMs with each new release!
