I have the stock 2.1 eclair, and i noticed that some contacts are synced automatically but others aren`t . The names in my contacts do not necessarily coincide with the ones on facebook
Edit Contact - Menu button - Join (or merge) Contact - if contact is not on the list, press on show all contacts

Facebook profile and page

Has anyone found an app that let's you switch between posting on Facebook as your profile and as your page.
Here is my deal. I have my personal profile. Then I have a page also with the same account. On my computer I can switched while logged in between the 2. I am trying to post as my page from mobile but can't.
I have tried Facebook app, sesmic app and hootsuit. I can't get any to switch to my page.
I hope this made sense...lol

I was gonna state I never had this issue with FB, But, more and more, I'm with Google+.
Seesmic and Hootsuite also let you manage your fan pages as well as your personal profiles.

App Question

Is there any kind of app out there that will give you a list of apps that are syncing? I'd go through them all and disable them but I still want a few to sync, just not all that may be.

Twitter Integration

I know from messing around with the htc evo 4g lte it has the ability to sync contact from twitter.
I have since upgraded to the Galaxy SIII and want to know what app would provide similar twitter integration

When Twitter is first downloaded and opened up it should come up with an option to sync contacts once you've signed in.
If not, try reinstalling it again.

No like in my contacts app I can link Facebook profiles etc. But twitter isn't an option.
On the htc you can link your peep(or whatever their twitter app is) to your contacts.

No need to do it in contacts, by installing Twitter you can sync your contacts from Twitter INTO the contacts app

[Q] Gmail App Sync Constantly

Is there a way to make the gmail app (or another app) that you can set the push to every 30-60 minutes? I feel the Google gmail app that is constantly connected to the server wastes both battery and data. Any ideas/solutions?
