In teh beginning i thot i'll jus post teh link to apk files.. Eventually while i was making teh thread i thot link to teh developing tools can also be very useful an i forgot to change teh name from apk's to apps.

I Used It But It Uses A Base ROM and Via This App We Can Tweak the build.prop Ringtones Boot Animations from the Based ROM you selected And We Can Add System and User Applications Pre Loaded. It's Not A Custom ROM Maker Actually. It Modifies The ROM A Little Bit
