Hi, I'm using stock JB LJ4 and F/P seems to be working fine. Tried on both Dolphin browser and stock internet app.
Try sideloading the app

No, I installed the app manually when I was on ICS and it's worked eversince. Install the app manually and visit a flash site (flashplayer games or albino blacksheep site etc) see if it works. Let me know mate.

Ten million posts on here saying Flash not supported in JB .

Hi jje, I read alot of posts explaining that and still thought i'd try installing that apk a while back and it currently still works. I know you have alot more knowledge than me and you have helped me out in the past regarding the android system and I was shocked to see that F/P is still working for me. Checked on numerous sites including adobe flash site.
To be honest I rarely use it but none the less.

Just a note, once you install that flash player apk. Flash will work in every browser other than Google Chrome (Google want you to use html5 instead)

You can download the latest working flash directly on Adobe site, download page, older versions section.

Adobe Flash Player for Android.

As we know that Adobe Flash Player 11 will not be updated anymore for Android. Do Android have any solution for this?
Sent from my GT-I9100 using xda app-developers app
Use the site in my signature. I put apk links to the latest versions straight from Adobe's servers. Also there is a play store link that will allow you to download directly from Google Play unless you have JB then you have to use the apk link.
Thanks for the info.

There is no solution, because it's not needed. All websites countaining videos should be written in HTML5

Yes flash is being phased out of convention, you won’t be able to download flash from the Play Market. That however doesn’t mean that you can’t get it.User can Manually install flash on their Samsung Android Device
Thanks for info, was very helpful

The international version of the S II is expected to be updated to Jelly Bean in Q4 2012, with the carrier specific variants coming some time after that probably by the first half of 2013. You can check out an article on Samsung's Jelly Bean update schedule here:

Flash videos corrupt

Does anyone have problems with some flash videos being completely corrupt when playing them?
My phone locks up sometimes too but I am able to press homescreen button and kill the process for Internet.
Am I right in thinking this is the incompatibility that adobe spoke of with JB, just not affecting all videos?
I'm using omega rom 26.1 + stock kernel + stock browser
Thanks

Are you in stock browser? I'm getting note 2 next week! Flash better work in US version Or I'll be pissed!! does it work on other sites or nowhere at all?
so I just played with a US variant of the Galaxy Note 2. I loaded up my flash player on it and it worked in the stock browser so I feel a lot better now.

[Q] jelly bean flash player fix?

I was unable to find an answer for this question.
I upgraded my GSII SGH-i777 to jelly bean os and am running the siyah kernel. At startup the screen displays "i9100"...
Since the upgrade, flash video sites tell me I need flash 10.1... When I attempt to update my flash player it says that the flash player update isn't compatible with my device.
What do I need to do to fix this?
Download the flash player apk from Google and install.

Nope, flashplayer I guess.
Yes I have.
I use it because many crapy sites need it and are not html5 compliant.

exactly
Are you talking about Adobe flash?
On another note; universities are really dropping their standards for research papers. "Do you have/use flash on your S3?" Pfffft!
Adobe Flash - No. I have no need. Most websites i use that need it, have their own apps. Chrome is my browser
Flash memory - Yes, I have and use the same eMMC that you do. I also have a 64 GB flash memory SD card
Camera Flash - Depends if it is Dark. Sometimes it is light and if on Auto, it still flashes so I often take it off Automatic
Flash ROMS - Yes, I flash ROMs and kernels.
No because video is smoother when playing through YouTube or when clicking the play button on websites other than YouTube. BTW op could you please rename the title of the thread to something like [POLL] Do You Use Flash? rather than yours that looks like you're forcing people to vote. Just my opinion
