Hello XDA community, i'd like to know how to remove the annoying clock on the lockscreen.
I'm on a LG optimus L7 phone with Android 4.0.3. and i can only change the type of clock when i go to the settings ( 1 small, 1 medium and 1 large ) so i've been looking on google for a TUTO but i've found nothing pertinent.
So far this is what i've tried :
Replacing Clocktopia.ttf with a Blank.ttf renamed : Not working
Widget locker : $$$ i don't want to spend cash for this
Decompiling framework-res.apk and looking into res/layout-hdpi : i have no layout-hdpi folder
I dont know what else i can do, i think there's a specific XML file to be changed or something like that but i dont know which one and what to modify, so if anyone know a way i can remove the disgracefull clock, thank in advance !

Is there any way to change the carrier name on AOSP Lock Screen.I was able to change the clock font but had hard times changing the font of carrier ..tries to edit the xmls but no use..

hey,i`m using korea galaxy s 3,version 4.1.2,but it was using the kweather,which i don`t like at all,so i want to accuweather in my phone,but when i delete some kweather apk files in system/app,and add the accuweatherwidget-main.apk etc to system,it will appeal force closing when i enter seetings/lock screen/lock screen options and touch "weather" opinion,is there any body can help me with this problem?i have searched many times but didn`t find solution，just see some one sad i should decompile the android.policy.jar,but i don`t know which .smali file i should edit,

I have here S4 clone with MTK6572 and 4.2.2 Jelly bean. I'm trying to change lockscreen font "Life companion" but I can not change it. I already try textchanger.zip (from this post http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2360543) but it don't want to install from recovery = "Installation aborted". I only want to change how letters look not whole lockscreen.
I also want to change cities in ClockWidget but don't know how. I find city list in system\app\ClockWidget.apk\resources.arsc but what to write instead those Chinese cities? I don't wan't to change look of Clock Widget only enable new cities/states/countries...
So, please someone who have more knowledge than me help me here to change lockscreen font and put new cities so I can have workin weather in clock widget.

I have discover that this "Life companion" is app al least I think so. When phone screen is locked I can click on it and write what ever I want but the font is the same.

The V10 has the ability to change font. But it is very limited on the number of fonts available. Has anyone found how to add fonts without root? LG smart world is very limited also but man these system fonts are annoying. If you know another way to access more fonts please post a solution thank you.
