Yes, you're wrong.
You don't need anything mentioned above.
Deodexed ROM should be nice but odexed is also possible.
Even root isn't required.
And yes, I can do it for you, at the end of the week I'll have the mod ready for you.
P.S.: You need root, but only for copying the files. If you have a flashable zip file (for the recovery) you don't need root.
I'll make a flashable zip for you.

Works fine.. .. but seems more like a replica of jj's rom. Can you elaborate on what changes you made apart from the pre installed apps?

It look like that he just add preinstalled app, taken famous jj's rom as base without take permission, add adrenaline boost and rename it to MaxRay. Ta daa! New rom was born. WTF?! And where the credit?

Presenting the first android 4.4 theme in the history of galaxy y .I have made this theme as part of my rom but cant make it due to some reasons.So you can enjoy the full kitkat experience on our little y.

You can test it yourself if gets a bootloop then boot into recovery mount everything and flash rom again without wiping anything

Added flashable zips for frameworks :victory:
if you are interested in getting system apps from any stock rom baseband firmware without having to flash stock rom you can look at my thread

The only problem is that all the apps will be odexed so you will have to run it through kitchen and deodex them all which only takes a few mins if you already have kitchen set up ready to go - unless of course you want the odex versions

oh thanks, but as I said in op, this is for users who accidentally deleted system app or want to mod stuff but they have no time to download full rom.

yes.
But if u really want to give it a try, you could try flashing it and after go to /system/priv-app/SystemUI and delete .odex files.. keep only systemUI.apk

as the rom doesn't flash , the new meta inf is here please replace the meta-inf folder in the rom zip with this one until i reupload the full rom again
PS: I want Some one to reupload the rom with the new META-INF Folder , i will be very thankful it takes me more than 10 hours to re-upload at 24kbps upload speed
