Is this the best rom out there for the Galaxy s3? I really want to download it, but the download link appear to be broken.

I have been searching the site and unfortunately all I can find are broken links to megaupload.
If anyone has the i9100m ROM available (UGKG2 firmware) I would really appreciate it if they could dropbox it to me, or make it available on another website.
If there they have already been re-uploaded then please point me in the right direction.

There you can find any and all stock firmware for Samsung devices.
