I have just rooted my Desire X 2 days ago and I discovered that sometimes when I finished playing a game of "Subway Surfers", the device will always stop at the score page and then got stuck with music continues. A few seconds later the device will reboot itself and show "Error report: Send system report to HTC" after boot.
Before rooting I got no problems with this so would it be related to the rooting? Anyone getting the same/similar problem with me?
I had the same problem but after a update from "Subway Surfers" the problem was gone.
I didn’t root my Desire X yet.
I have this problem too, but in GTA III. I play game for 1-3 minutes and the game freeze and after 5 seconds phone will reboot. I haven't got root on my phone.

I was playing a game on my HTC Sensation. I'd only installed it about a week prior, and had no problems until recently.
During gameplay the phone crashed once and once restarted, I proceeded to start the game again, but the same thing happened so it was uninstalled immediately. I've looked up the problem online and don't believe the phone is stuck in a boot loop..
It's probably down to the OS software. But it's never happened before and only occured during gameplay. Since then, the HTC literally can't go more than 30minutes without shutting down or restarting abruptly - regardless of what application is running. When back on, it says an "Abnormal restart" took place and suggests sending a report to HTC. I've tried swapping batteries, using Go Launcher EX instead of HTC sense and factory resetting the phone multiple times... nothing works.
I NEED this phone to start working properly asap.
Any suggestions?
Hi ,I just bough the ( padfone X) from a dealer on eBay my issue is it keeps on rebooting randomly for no reason I had tried everything from factory reset it ,also running device on safe mode clearing cache uninstalling wallpapers or unwanted apps I didn't need ,but once I managed to keep it alive I guess by keeping the apex launcher running in memory it did run okay approximately for 3 days. was running smoothly no reboots happy until one day I was playing a game and suddenly just out of no where it restarted again ,and same problem returned. I tried to do the last same trick and no use. it kept on restarting(force rebooting) every 30-20 minutes ,also got little overheating not too hot but warm !!
setup further info *no rooting *AT&T unlocked *using nova(phone) ,apex(station) with the padfone launcher app a padfone thing *used for 2 weeks only *running on kitkat 4.4.2 *sometimes using airplane mode phone runs for ever sometimes when I use AP mood it reboot in that moment * experiencing system UI crashes I noticed it crashes sometimes rather than rebooting * had over 300 random reboots in 2 weeks
padfone is awesome device I love it unfortunately still a messy device to handle . ANY HELP !!!
ohh and CPU reading is weird avg use sometimes is around 5% or 1% but the CPU GHz use is at maximum or stopped

Unrelated to your question, but how did you install two different launchers for the phone and the station? Sorry for barging in.

I was playing Dungeon Hunter 5 but suddenly the tablet beeped for a while, maybe 4 seconds then it restarted itself. Also when I got back home, I opened the tab then it restarted itself. I never encountered this before, even before the 5.1.1 update. What may have caused this problem? What should I do to avoid recurrence? SFMBE
I has been playing Asphalt 8 since a long time. Recently I decided to do an experiment. I advanced the date of my system a few days ahead (24 hrs at a time, launching Asphalt 8 in between) and then switched back to current date.
Now whenever I launch the game it crashes as soon as it connects to the internet.
I tried reinstalling it, didn't work so I removed it completely.
When the last update came, I installed it again. It worked for a few days, then all of a sudden I had the same issue again.
There is no reply from Gameloft except "restart the device".
Anyone else has a similar issue or a solution?
