i have flashed cm7 on my s2 was on stock ics.. the 3G icon has arrows on them its not moving or showing up and down with colours it just stays there like that why is this happening?

The up-down arrows you're talking about depends on the icon pack used by that rom or the theme you're using. Some packs support it, some don't. If yours isn't working, I assume that icon pack on the rom or the theme you're using doesn't include the up-down flashing arrows.

I made this little theme in the UOT kitchen, nothing special.
Has a darkened pop up window with blue border, blue mixer spinner, blue and gray download bar, and status bar icons. Also a blue HC style battery
This will only work on the TPC ROM!! I have flashed this on another rom, and it causes FC's.
Download, put on SD card flash with CWM

To change which apps are on the dock bar go into the app drawer, press menu, edit, press and hold your desired app and drag to the dock
If you want this for the stock rom, I can make it.

Colorized Email pop up icons
**NOTE** If you install this it will move the email icon off of your dock...Dont know why?

Shows bars on my end but no lte or H or E. I just nandroid back to a recent back up of system only and I am back to stock. Thank you though for the hard work.
Well I'm a loser.... had wifi on the whole time so of course there is no network icon..... sorry!

Totally loving the ROM, but I kinda hate the icons on the statusbar. Is there a way I could flash a mod to get the stock JB signal and battery icons (i.e., white signal bar turning to cyan when I'm connected to google services/cyan battery no-percentage)?

I have put CM10 onto my S3 and while I love it alot, I would really prefer the stock status bar icons and notifications draw with the stock toggles.
I prefer having everything on one draw instead of having to open two. I also liked to see when data was sent via WiFi or 3G on the stock icons.
Does anyone know a way to get this working?

In CM, you can turn off quick tiles. They also have an option to use classic toggles (although I forget what they're called). Just have a look through the menus and it becomes obvious

you can put more shortcuts in the notification bar in CM roms than the stock ones!
I must admit I miss the old style wifi and data icons in statusbar, where I could see arrows for up and down (yellow, green) attempts.
The arrows which are flashing, in CM10.2 also do exist, but they are too dark, almost invisible.
Is there any way of changing them while on cm to be more spotable?

Try themes for CM. There are many of them and almost all change icons in status bar

just install "xstana" package from xposed framework repository ....
Hey, I just installed it and selected "Galaxy" theme, but it only changes the icon and doesn't bring back the green and orange arrows that tell you when any inbound and outbound traffic occurs.

sorry, i didn't read your title.. just read about wifi stock look... my 4.4.4 rom only has all white indicator....
all kitkat rom..has white indicator..
My stock 4.4.2 Kitkat didn't have white ones, now the Phantom Rom has it and i need to see when I have traffic in WiFi :\
