Yes it does have cwm
And for that matter 99 percent of custom kernels have it inbuilt ...
You could have asked this in an existing thread maybe!

Hello guys
Probably most of you still know me from Ice Cream Sandwich rom, but now I'm back to bring a new rom here
I have the Neo of a friend of mine now so I can make a new rom if anyone is interested???
The rom will be for Neo and Neo V, Arc, Arc S, Pro
I just want to know what you guys need in my rom?
CM10 isn't fully ready for daily use, so I'll base my rom on latest stock firmware for now.
I assume you guys are so I already did some research here today
Still have a lot to do though since I've been away from 2011 line for a while now.
Let me know what you guys think!!
Regards,
Krabappel2548

It'd be nice to see something new, something fresh, we have alot of stock based roms, which are almost the same, so itll be rather exciting to have something fresh, completely new UIs or some ports! Anyway, goodluck and look forward to your work!
welcome back .. and we looking for stock Jelly Bean 4.2 nexus 4 rom to Neo
Glad to see you back ka, we have a billion of stock related roms, it will be nice to see a cm10 or cm10.1 modified rom, thanks

Some nice JB non-AOSP ROM would be very welcome! If it's possible a Sony's JB or something similar..
Looking forward for your releases!
My suggestion is better you work on stock firmware rather than cm10/cm10.1..make it simple but beautiful and fast!!welcome back!!its been a while..my first custom rom is KA Ice Cream Sony..

thanks for the fast response..hmm i really dont have idea on "extended kernel" can you tell me mate what to do?can i flash it even im already back on BUILD 4.1.B.0.587?
Once you have unlocked ur bootloader all you need to do is flash a pre-rooted kernel(maximum are pre-rooted) and then flash any ROM made for the kernel
Best Regards,
AJ
Just flash any custom kernel then u can use doomlords rooting toolkit for ics or gb..
Depends on your current rom..
