try deleting everything in /data/clipboard/ and then, clear trough recovery cache, dalvik and fix permissions that should do it.

you have to be rooted, and that file explorer won't do you have to use something like root explorer or root browser. there is a thread that explains how to fix it without rooting, is not for the galaxy tab, but should work too.

do you happen to have a link to that thread? I am running into the same issue with the stock ICS on Tab.
I Rooted My Tab & Used ES File Explorer to Empty The Clipboard Folder but Still have The Same Problem
sorry For Disturbance but I Need Some help!
I am starting to think that there is no solution other then root or (short term hard reset)
Fix
I have found a fix for this problem. If you copy and paste the .clipboard folder found in sdcard0 (see attached picture) using a file manager app such as My Files or Astro File Manager to the sdcard0 folder you would be able to bring up the clipboard again. The path is /storage/sdcard0. Create a duplicate of the .clipboard folder to the sdcard0 folder and you should be able to use the clipboard again.

I'm facing a really annoying problem, I'm not being able to install some apks, directly from the google play store, or manually as apks. It always gives an error saying "Out of space" telling me to try to free some space and to try again but I have pleanty of space to install APK.
The main issue with this is that I can't install the Titanium Backup, so I can backup everything and make a full wipe and start clean.
Is there a solution for this?
thts bcause ur internal mem is full install apps2sd frm market..this will move most off the apps to sd while ur installing...and uninstall some apps so u get some free space, its always a good idea to hav free internal mem....

I have a lot of free internal memory.... btw I'm able to install other applications, I'm having this issue while installing two specific applications, one of them is TB.
Thanks for your reply.
if you are rooted, do a nandroid backup, from that you can extract your apps lateron after you install a new ROM
I think you probably have to go into either the /system/app/ or /data/app/ directory and delete the odex file that has the same name as the titanium.apk. Then you can try installing again. I hope that solves ur problem and if it helps press thanks button.

n7player same issue not solved
Hi!
With n7player same issue not solved. I looked at the app folders, but it's not there. I am on android 4.2 (C-mix) and I moved a bunch of things from internal to sd. there's plenty of room, but n7player keeps giving me the same error either from APK or from the market with versions between 2.0.5-2.0.6a.
Please help.

i did reboot opened google maps and it showed exactly where i was. And the problem that bothered me was me keeping gps turned off all the time only to find that it would turn itself on which I do not like. I want to disable it permanently because I don't think its nessecary for basic phone and web service. I dont feel that my movements should be tracked for any reason it's just weird! If I am correct the phone service is done through the wireless connection not gps?
Shouldn't u prefer changing ROM?
Problem solved and closed! The original instructions are correct & results are as originally claimed in first reply to the op. For some reason it didn't delete properly the first time,I fixed this by restoring my backup & re-attempting. THANKS TO EVERYONE WHO HELPED
Well I could have helped, but I'm an optimus one user, so I don't know which one is a stable optimus v rom...asking an optimus v user will be better...

You're probably missing your /efs/imei/keystr file. Create this file containing "ON". You'll need root to do it.

First, do you have root?
If so, use a file explorer, like Root Explorer or ES File Explorer, go to the /efs/imei folder, create a new file called keystr, edit it to contain the word ON.

I'm not saying that Omega rom doesn't have the gallery app at all. In my case I can't find it in the /system/apps/ folder. It must've gotten deleted somehow. It'll be of great help if you could upload yours or provide a link from where I can download the app.

Yeah thanks for the tip!..I forgot I could extract it from the zip I downloaded..
Its weird that the app disappeared from system folder as well.. Anyway thanks a ton!
i wasn't saying you lied...
i said you should get the downloaded omega file, open it (pc\phone doesn't matter) and extract only the SecGallery2_Galaxy.apk located at system\app\ inside the omega zip and than copy it to your /system/app and make sure permissions are the same as all the other apk's in this folder.
make sure you mount r/w on so you can copy the file.

So now download Root browser from playstore
Then open it and now go to device /system/Apps / here now find Camera.apk and delete it after that go back to your sd card copy camera.apk and move it to again above location and set permissions on it , they must be look like RW-R-R
Thats it your done.
