The calendar app is busted.
Manual restoration cannot fix it. The mod probably touched something.

The "No room on this homescreen" bug is caused by the number of pixels (dip) used by some widgets in each grid of the launcher app (Home.apk). Right now, neither the original person who is porting the Xperia S launcher for gingerbread nor me have a fix for this issue.
But there is a workaround for that, if you are using Xperia Launcher v.0.9.2c (not really sure about that version number), a 5-row x 5-column desktop should fit any 4-column widget perfectly.

DESCRIPTION:
This guide teaches you How to use the Xperia NxT MoD in your Samsung Galaxy Y. First of all, I recommend you to take a full backup of your system.Then Go to the original thread and download the two files. I will also teach you to use the additional features also. Okay, Let's get started.
STEP 1 : [BACKUP] (Optional)
Take a full backup of your system. Or take a Nandroid Backup in CWM Recovery.If you don't know how to backup your device. Go To CWM Recovery and in "backup and restore" and select "backup".
STEP 2 : [INSTALLING]
Go to this thread : Xperia NxT MoD v1.0 and download the two files. Go to CWM Recovery and Flash "NxT MoD Icons.zip" and then reboot your device. Then again Go to CWM Recovery anf Flash "Xperia NxT MoD v1". And reboot. After Flashing the file, you will see a new BootAnimation, Fonts, etc.
STEP 3 : [LAUNCHER]
If you use any other Launcher, Select "Xperia Home" as default (recommended). Now press the Menu button(left soft key) and select Preferences. Now configure your Xperia launcher according to your needs. Some choices are given below:
1) Home Screen > Desktop Configuration > Your Option
2) App Drawer > Hidden Apps > Select Apps You Need To Hide
3) App Drawer > App Drawer Rows > Your Option
4) App Drawer > App Drawer Columns > Your Option
5) Behaviour > Infinite Scrolling > Tick or Untick
6) Behaviour > Automatic Screen Rotation > Tick or Untick
If you would like to use Icon Packs other than Xperia S:
7) Appearence > Icon Packs > Select Icon Pack.
STEP 4 : [WALLPAPER]
Wallpaper is a important and easy one. For Changing your Wallpaper, Go to Home Screen. Long tap and select Wallpapers. Then select Xperia Wallpapers. Choose your favourite Wallpaper and select Set wallpaper.
Live Wallpaper:
For the Cosmic Flow LiveWallpaper, After Long Tapping and selecting Wallpapers. Select Live wallpapers, choose Cosmic Flow and Set wallpaper. For changing the colour of the Cosmic Flow, select Settings and choose your colour.
STEP 5 : [WIDGETS]
Now coming to the widgets. This MoD comes preinstalled with widgets. What you need to do, is to Long tap on Home Screen and select Widgets. You will get a list of Widgets. You will also see new ones like:
1) Clocks : This comes with a set of 5 clocks. 2 Analog and 3 Digital.
2) Digital Clock : A normal Digital clock.
3) Digital Clock Xperia NxT : A Xperia S styled Digital Clock.
4) Photos and Videos : Will display photos and videos from the Gallery.
5) Tools : Comes with a pack of 11 tools. 1 with all tools and 10 seperate tools like bluetooth, wifi, etc.
6) Top Contacts : Comes in 3 variants- 4x1, 4x2, 4x4. This stores your favourite and recent contacts on Home screen.
7) TrackID : This is widget of the app TrackID which is included in this MoD.
To set the widget, select the Widget from the list and place it where you want.
STEP 6 : [APPS]
This MoD also installs apps to your device. The Apps are:
1) Beats Audio : This will replace or add Beats.apk instead of DSPManager.apk. This is just the same with a new UI.
2) TrackID : This app is found in the Xperia Series. Just open the app and play a song, it will get the Artist and Track Info.
3) SEMC Calendar : This is the stock Calendar app of Xperia. This will replace your Calendar.apk.
4) Xperia S Picker : This is the wallpaper picker app that you used before to set your Xperia Wallpaper.
You can configure or use the apps provided to your needs!
STEP 7 : [AUDIO FILES]
You will find new Ringtones, Notification Tones, UI Tones, Alarm Tones after installing this MoD.To use them , head over to
Settings > Sound > Phone Ringtone > Your Tone.
Settings > Sound > Notification Ringtone > Your Tone.
