Q here.. Why I would want to flash that so called Xloud to my phone that already has Xloud? And why in the world somebody would like to uninstall that? Xperia U has so low audio without Xloud..

Bacause roms like infinty delete it!
Many people hate xloud because it make a dont good sound at 100% volume or 80%

It does not delete it.
It disables the Ultra Low Power Audio and makes xLoud On by default

Thanks for the locker!
For audio mods: check out Ac!d It's a compilation of all the different enhancements in one package. Things like Beatz, Dolby, and stuff. It's cool but doesn't work with Player Pro (and with the premium DSP package that the customers get we don't need anything else, really)
