Since I do not have a GSM model. I can suggest the following.
1) Make sure you put the file in right folder.
2)Make sure it is on your phone.
3)Try to reboot.
Sorry if I didn't help much as for I don't have a GSM model. I recommend that you start a new thread for I can't help much further.

Go to:

Install Problems
People tend to have glitches on my rom that I don't have for some reason.
Create an update.zip
(I can't do that for my rom because I've some kind of issue where the notification bar is missing and I've no clue what I can do
Also Clean Music and File Manager get installed because It's on NXT Lite base and I swear these are not in system/app or data/app)

FAQ
Q: This is my first time with motogingerfunk, what do i need to do?
A: Be sure you are on 2.3.4 SBF, and you just need to flash the latest version, wipe data & cache.
Q: My wifi is not working what do i do?
A: If your wifi is not working there is a good chance you were not on 2.3.4 prior to flashing.
Q: I installed and then proceeded to "tweak" my system by editing build.prop and other system files. Now things are not working correctly, where did i go wrong?
A: Please do not ?!uck with your system after install. I cannot be responsible for any "tweaks" you have made. Please revert all "tweaks" or do a fresh install and test the system prior to your "tweaks" before filing a report.
Q: I want to do it but this girl seems really slutty?
A: When in doubt, keep it in your pants.

Transparent lockscreen is not a big deal my friend.. you just need to edit one image.
What image?
What I have found most about the update to 2.3.4 is the phones ability to find open 3g towers and switch between then seamlessly. On 2.3.3 no matter what rom I was on my phones reception and 3g tower access was always weak. I think the software updated the way the internal radio operates.... Just my thoughts on it

Hi,
You may be aware of recent news about 2 different security vulnerabilities that allow replacing code on a signed APK while maintaining the original signature.
Master Key (Bug 8219321)
An issue related with duplicate entries on the ZIP / APK files.
It was patched by Google back in February 2013 and shared with OEMs, and some of the newer devices might have already received the fix in a recent stock update.
Bug 9695860
This also originates in the ZIP file parsing routines, and was disclosed just a few days ago immediately after the previous one was made public. The correction has already been applied by Google to the code,
Checking if you're affected - if youre running any ICS ROM on your Xperia 2011 you are
You can use 3rd party apps to test your system, such as:
- SRT AppScanner
- Bluebox Security Scanner
On Android 4.3 both of these bugs should be fixed, as well as on the latest CM's.
While technically different, both of these vulnerabilities permit that legitimate APKs can be manipulated to replace the original code with arbitrary one without breaking the signature. This allows someone to take an update from a well known publisher (e.g. Google Maps), change the APK, and a device receiving it will happily apply the update as if it was indeed from that publisher. Depending on the apps being updated in this way, priviledge escalation can be achieved.
Google has already mentioned that all apps published on the Play Store are checked for this kind of manipulation, but those of us installing APKs from other sources aren't safe.
Installation steps
1. Reboot to CWM
2. Flash the file
3. Wipe dalvik cache
4. Reboot to system - you're safe
Warning & Recomnendation
- This is a HUGE Issue. If you are installing apks outside from gplay often, its highly recomnend to apply this patch no matter what ICS based ROM you are running - Flash ROM, and immediately after flashing the ROM also flash the patch, than reboot.
Download
Grab it from here.

Its our AND sony's problem.
Ok, heres what the issue is:
- when you install an app, outside of gplay, a hacker can keep the original signature (and we will think its for example our nice google maps update), and the system will ask us to replace the original app. But the hacker modified the code, and it can acess to all things google maps does - internet, contacts, basically everything, and can send the information to servers, with your number, email etc. Also, it can send sms to premium numbers etc

What works:
Everything
What doesn't:
Nothing!
Credits:
Chainfire for SuperSU
killa408shark for testing
@icedventimocha for 3 way reboot
Phil3759 for the wonderful recovery
scrosler for CleanROM
jbeitel for the 1% battery mod xml's and images
Team N3BULA - @lacoursiere18 ; @Deckoz2302 ; @fkfmfz - Because they are awesome!
Installation:
Must have recovery installed (I recommend either Philz or CWM)
Copy ROM to external SDcard
Flash the new 4.3 firmware with Odin 3.07 from the OTA found HERE!
Reboot to current ROM
Reboot to Recovery
Wipe Data/Factory reset (I always do 3x for good measure)
Wipe Cache (Again, I always do 3x for good measure)
Wipe Dalvik Cache
I recommend formatting System, Cache, Data, and /sdcard (internal memory) on first install but this may not be completely necessary as it will wipe absolutely everything. If you decide to wipe the internal memory, make sure your backups and this ROM is stored on the external sdcard.
Flash ROM
Profit!
A couple things to note:
This is built from the OTA tar. Not another ROM or the leak!
If you use a different kernel, do not report issues until you verify issue with stock (included kernel).
If you do not flash firmware with Odin and use Mobile Odin instead, do not report issues until you flash FW with Odin on the computer.
I am not responsible if you brick your phone, but of course you would know that if you are flashing this.
Of course your warranty is already voided from rooting your phone.
If you would like to use this as a base, please include me in your credits and link to this thread.
I am in general a very busy person, so I like to rely on you and other XDA members to help eachother. That is what this is all about right? I will continue to update this as I feel necessary. With my flashing habit, that may be alot
I built this ROM for my personal use and decided to share because of how well it works.
I am not a themer, so don't expect any fancy themes! If you would like to create a theme and share, please let me know and I will add it to the OP. This goes for any other MOD. I am happy to add things to the builds if they work well and you want to contribute.

Also Note: If you do not clean flash this and use an email exchange account, please remove your exchange account before flashing and re-add it after install. Otherwise you will experience FC issues.

I have not added this yet, but I will in the next build. I just checked and FoxFi on the market works great so you can still tether.

I'm up and running! Almost got to impatient during the Verizon boot but I just set it aside... didn't take long.
I can't get the WiFi to turn on.... I've seen this before and I thought flipping the Mobile Data off and on would fix the issue but it didn't work. I wiped my internal sdcard because I had too many backups. I will keep playing around with it, like I said I've seen this before I just can't recall what I did to fix it....

Duh!!!! As many times as I have done this I didn't want to be that person......... NOW I"M THAT PERSON!
I got so excited I skipped that step. What makes me feel so stupid, is I just downloaded the firmware patch with another ROM that I was getting ready to load before the ROM popped up!
Sorry, my BAD

No worries. Flash that via Odin on the computer and you should be good to go.

I also cannot get wifi to work, I followed the directions in the op including flashing the firmware via Odin.

Did you flash firmware before or after flashing the rom? Does the switch immediately go back to off or does it try to turn on and eventually go back to off?
Also make sure you verify MD5 hash on both the firmware and rom download.

Ha, now I'm up and running! WiFi, Camera, GPS Lock, blah, blah, blah I've never used NFC so I don't test that.
I like it! I will live with for a few days after rebooting a couple of times. THANKS for the ROM!
