dude there is no such rom exists.. u have to root stock ICS or u can install custom rom based on stock ICS which are pre-rooted..

No you can't.
It says making rooted flashable rom FROM ftf, not makng rooted ftf file.

huh! dude! there is something called a "Q & A section" for a reason!
and the answer to ur question is..NOT YET..
Yup...you can use flashtool to update manually but for ftf..
You should wait for sony's release and someone who will make an ftf file for it
The firmware is officially released but it seems not everyone is going to have it soon enough but anyway the fixed nothing.
Some people say only the dialer was fixed
now it opens almost instantaneusly
Same question about NEO. Is there stock firmware .587 on Xperia NEO?

After flashing. its the same method i has to use to rooting as like 431 fw
rooted lww gingerbread... but my android is not able to install updates over the air ... any other way to stay rooted and install ics??/

See the guide how to update to .431 and stay rooted, but replace the .431 ftf with the .587 (so flash .587 instead)

Just flash the latest gingerbread stock rom .ftf. You may find it in the thread by someguyfromhell in the stickies or in the development forums
If you have the right ftf for you device, flash it using flashtool
