Is there an app that can turn on data for a set time then turn off then on in intervals. I've noticed that data drains my battery compared to having it off so I was wondering if there is an app that is like a timer for data. Thanks

You could either look into an app like 3g watchdog or you could use the app tasker to set up a profile that turns data on and off as frequently or infrequently as you want. Hope this helps .

It has been mentioned quite a few times already. The weather widget wont refresh if for some reason you have lost data signal at the time that it was meant to refresh and will skip a cycle

I did the following
Auto sync off.
Background data unchecked.
Display settings to lower to 10%.
Uninstall the unwanted apps.
Ringtones, media volume to medium.
Haptic feedback unchecked.
But I am getting low battery what I do.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks , I was searching for this.
this issue has been worrying me. if data or wifi turned off, battery performs decently, but when using network, the battery drains rapidly. here is my usage this morning (in china, on CDMA network) from 7am to 12am.

Wow that's harsh. Is there something running in the background that uses the data? Just a suggestion but I'm sure you already checked
If it continues maybe you could think about seeing if it happens on stock just to test. I assume your on a custom ROM because if the blue text in the status bar

Go into location settings in maps and disable location reporting.

Try Backitude. Lets you specify the interval that location updates are done rather than the constant polling that Google maps does.

So I've had rather poor battery life from my nexus 9
Here's some screen shots. Any particular reason why?

Du battery saver is using a lot of your battery. Get rid off it. All battery saver apps, except for greenify, use more battery than they save.
Edit, also Google adaway if you're rooted. You need an add blocker

Yeah, never ever EVER use those "battery saving" apps, speed boosters and such, all they do is bloat up your device.
