easiest way is to probably restore with the SBF file to put it back to factory settings. (data and sdcard aren't wiped)
Qpst. Program that can be used to flash them. Google for the proper sprint prl you want to flash, there's tutorials floating around here on how to use it

198.7 if you are less than or equal to 2.3.4 firmware.
If you are 2.3.5 then you are stuck.
Must use a stock type rom. Those are the only ones that have the debugging option to flash the prl.

if you don't delete the backup folder on your sdcard, then no you don't have to flash it ever again.
i kept the efs thing on my computer
It's for safe keeps, in case something happens to my IMEI.

After getting S-Off i tried updating my profile all i get is an error code 1233 and it says profile update could not be completed but everything works i can call and use data anyone know why it won't update the profile?

Some reason after don't seem to be blocking everything like it once had..

Download the "Phone Info" app from the market. It allows you to choose between 3g and 4g.
I was wondering the same thing. If theres no toggle, does it automatically go to the highest/best available data stream?

I have wondered why this guy toggle 4g to 3g. Only reboot was the solution to me.
But that is good to know.
Whenever I try installing the twisted liquid ics build, I get no data. I can make calls, text, and connect to wifi. I am using a radio that should work.

Try the 2.11.605.19 OTA radios.
Go back and reflash the ROM first.
Wipe data 3x, clear cache, and then dalvik.
Flash the ROM and then flash the radio.
You'll be good to go.

First thing I'd do is make sure data is enabled. In settings, under wireless and networks select more, then mobile networks
