MIUI !!!!!!?????? - Motorola Droid RAZR

Does anyone have this working on there RAZR Maxx on Verizon with working data And Please Explain How. Thank You!
Sent from my DROID RAZRerlicious

I think you can use the razr Version because only the battery is different. But i don't know if there's a CDMA Version...

No, no one has it. If there was an MIUI build out for the CDMA RAZR with working data, you'd know about it.

Thanks

Hi,
Thanks for joining the Motorola Feedback Network. We are inviting owners of the Motorola Droid RAZR and Droid RAZR Maxx on Verizon to participate in an early preview of a new software release, and provide feedback. If you are not currently using a Droid RAZR or Droid RAZR Maxx, please excuse and ignore this email.

It gets pushed to your phone just like any OTA. Soak members just get it earlier than others to test out for any last minute bugs.
I received mine at 6:21 pm EST in GA
How much earlier?

I just signed up maybe I'll get lucky lol. Do I need to flash back already or can I wait for an e mail saying I was chosen and then flash back to receive the test?

Depends, I've heard from a few days to a week or so.

Questions belong in Q&A

Google Now

Check out HTC Sensation theme and app thread. Google now will work on RAZR ics .211. With exception of voice search. But its a start and looks awesome can't wait until its fully functional.

Might be a dumb question since I'm new at this but can just install the apk for google now that was posted on the other thread and install it on my stock razr or do i need to root it first?
Sent from my DROID RAZR using xda app-developers app
I just tried to install it but it didn't work. Do i need to be rooted?
Sent from my DROID RAZR using xda app-developers app
You need to be rooted, but Google just releases android 4.1 source, so a Jelly Bean build is in the works I'm sure. I would just be patient, it'll come soon enough

Yeah but we saw how long it took to get ICS ready for the razr. I doubt we get it before Christmas. You think with Google buying Motorola they would be the first to get anything after the nexus line of phones
