I was wondering is it possible to port jelly bean faceLock on a rooted phone running stock ics rom? If yes,can any dev do it?

i am on the official ics for lww and i have faceunlock if you are taking about custom roms you need to flash gapps for it to be there.

the ics camera isn't working but i followed the treads and i tought we needed the 3.0 kernel to get camera running ??
now we have a 3.0 kernel on the super alpha of jellybean and i though 3.0 kernel would be for ics ??
does ics even get camera or do i have to wait to get it on jellybean ?
