Help me please!!
I found a Bravia Engine 2 MOD for CM7/CM9/CM10 from 4PDA (http://4pda.ru/forum/index.php?showtopic=350863&st=1500#entry16155855), but i confused with the language and instruction for installation, so anyone can port this to English language, and maybe with the instruction? I will be a tester if anyone could provide that

bravia engine 2 wont have effect on our devices.
just placebo.
I use FXP145 (without Bravia engine2) and honestly I don't find my quality screen less good...
Brightness seems even higher and at least as beautiful colors!
Bravia engine got no effect on LCD.

First of all, many thanks to naa for his great rom(miniCM7 for x10 mp). But i was wondering there is no BRAVIA ENGINE OR XLOUD?? why so?? i used miniCM7Pro v21 by paul xxx and it had Bravia Engine and the image quality was better there.
thanks..
it will be awesome if he adds these features in the coming updates!!
ok ...I have read somewhere that ARMV6 does not support bravia engine. is it true??

It's a fake Bravia and xLoud, but it works. I think nAa should ask paul to pickup both features from Mini CM7 Pro and port it.
yeah its a fake but works great!! hope he ports it...
Not a work of mine, Saw It in the galaxy sl forum. tried it. I'm felt a slight boost and enhanced quality in bass. and over all sound quality slightly improved (I'm using poweramp). Just Sharing It , If You find it useful then please hit the THANKS Button.
Flash It With CWM. Whoooooo Beats Audio!!!!!!
Thanks man! I'm going to try this on my EVO 4G after awhile.

Oh I thought this didn't work as it needs HTC framework?
Sent from my MT11i using xda premium
There is no interface for it, just a collection of bin files. Suggests it's just a fancy equalizer and nothing more, why on earth this is meant to be so great use beyond me.yes it changes the sound slightly, but is no better than say Sony xplode.

will it work with the xperia play r800a? I know i need to root, but will it work the the PLAY?
How did you get it to work?

does it show the "b" logo in the notification bar?
No as there is no ui, just patched libs and the binaries

My phone get bootloop after install that .zip. i use rom T.E.A.M beta for neo. Sry for my english.
Isn't Beats Audio on HTC not only a software but also a hardware tweak for better audio?
I install it on ICS beta. Works without problems.
Your boot loop is unrelated, the zip deleted nothing just puts extra files on.......
I also use team ROM

Shouldn't you remove the thread? Because all the other Beats threads have been removed per request.. Probably Beats or HTC complained..
Is this making any difference for you guys?
Yes it makes sound cleaner and with some models of headphones more bass (I noticed better bass in Sony XB300, in Xears sound is only cleaner)
Whats the real difference between performance of lww and xperia mini?
Do both have a same music experience?
similar sound quality?
How does bravia display of xperia mini make an effect?
Which is best buy assuming same price?
Why do you open so many same threads? !

well flash is good but if the light is low and the object is say - 5-6 meters away the flash will be of no use - I had some photos made today - and the images seemed with little detail and lots of noise on the WT19i ... this is why I asked if it could be fixed with some rom or app ? I am trying to find which is better the WT19i or the Wildfire S.
maybe a software issue :? also they had this yellowish color to them (could be a faulty headset) ?

LWW is better than Mini?! Funny words. Does LWW have Sony Bravia Engine? Does LWW have LED-Backlit? LWW's physical size is just 0.2 inch bigger than Mini (Overplus) and LWW has front camera (Have you ever used that?). Besides, LWW's Pixel Denisty is 180 and Mini's is 192. And... I would never buy LWW because of its design; I love Mini's design (Personal Idea). I just didn't spot weight.

Anyone knows whether if it's possible to port Sony's Mobile Bravia Engine to our Sony Tablets? If I'm not mistaken, it was previously ported to Samsung phones.
Info: Mobile Bravia Engine combines contrast enhancement technologies used in Sony BRAVIA TVs with colour management, and adds sharpness filters and noise reduction to display vivid beautiful images and videos.

UPDATED TO BRAVIA 3!
Sony BRAVIA Engine 3 Ported To The Galaxy Note II
ALL MODELS
The Sony Mobile BRAVIA Engine 3 is a video enhancement program for Sony phones. It uses filters and algorithms to create a clearer and more contrasted picture and an overall smoother experience. This is perfect for the Note II's huge HD screen but can be a little to saturated for people like photographers who want to see how the photo looks exactly with out any enhancements. The change is not huge but is definitely noticeable if two devices are compared. This program is very light weight and works with all models of the Note II so far.
Quote:
While the latest BRAVIA ENGINE 3 builds on tried and tested BRAVIA ENGINE technology, it does so with the advantage of a new picture processing software.
This new technology has allowed BRAVIA ENGINE to improve - even in respect to its own dazzling performance:
Contrast. Increased depth and clarity, as well as new light control technology to control peak brightness levels, means stunning images even on the brightest of scenes.
Colours. New colour histogram technology detects and optimises overall colour distribution of each frame. This technology delivers breathtaking colour by making millions of improvements to each frame before you even see it.
Detail. Advanced Noise Reduction lies behind BRAVIA’s ability to show you every blade of grass on a football pitch and really put you at the heart of the action.

Just a question. If I were to flash this Sony Bravia 3 engine on to my Samsung Galaxy Note2 where would it end up.
How would one know if its actually in the system.

It may not broke your device many ppl said it worked. If this doesn't work you can be stuck on boot animation or get twisted pixels.

I've flashed it.Did not break, go into bootloop nor do I get twisted pixels.
Ive used root explorer to see what if any changes has happened if there was a new folder created for the Bravia engine but there was none.
That is why my question in the post earlier.
Where do I find the changes?

See the pic below of before and after. Here is the difference try watching HD videos with a note 2 with non Bravia engine BE2 and your current BE3 you will notice change in colors they are rich in BE3. Believe me I have done that with my friends note 2 and samsung store note 2

Dude, that's just for Sony Devices. We won't get much effect in Note II. And we already have DEE feature in most Kernels to do what it does - Perseus Redpill or whatever.
This will increase overall graphics.
