i just rooted my samsung galaxy s2 & it just goes to the screen where it shows samsung galaxy sII gt19100 & the yellow triangle then turns off by it's self can anyone help me please don't want to have to buy a new one
This should be moved to the Q and A section
If you can enter recovery mode then just restore your phone. If you didnt backup your android before flashing or cant enter recovery, you have to flash a stock rom via download mode and odin.
Recovery mode is volume up + home + power pushed simultaneously.

Well this seems like an easy fix, all you have to do is boot into download mode (Volume down+home+power) and then flash stock firmware using odin. If you need the firmware let me know and I will get it for you. If you need help flashing a stock firmware using odin I can help you with that to.

Hello,
2 months ago I rooted my S3,
with the CF-SGS3-CWM-v5.5-v1.2 & odin & stuff, It worked,
Today I wanted to unroot it, & I thought you could just Reset your phone and everyting would go back to factory settings, because I wanted some
original updates...
I found out if i did that it would still use SuperSU & be a Custom Firmware. So I removed the SuperSU app, Deleted CF-SGS3-CWM-v5.5-v1.2 or it was CWM-SuperSU-v0.89 from my SD.
I wanted to reset it again with the hard mode setting or something: Volume up + home + lock key
I mounted everything /sd card /system /cache etc. Why? I dont know..
Now my phone gets stuck at the screen when you turn on your phone: Samsung Galaxy SIII GT-I9300
Did I just brick my phone?
Greetings.
No you didnt. But your S3 has nothing to boot. So you should flash an original fw from sammmobile with odin.

You could try to make a full recovery with Samsung Kies.

Are you sure this works?
We are not Samsung customer service and we do not guarantee it work. In this same general section there are two sticky threads that will guide you can download the stock rom and flash it using Odin, titled " [Stock Official Firmwares] I9300XXBLG8 (4.0.4) - United Kingdom" and "[Guide+ROMS]Odin Flash+Root Guide & Stock Firmwares".
You will lose all your data in the phone when you flash Odin. Also this forum section is for the international unlocked version, make sure you aren't using an American carrier locked version.
Also, question belongs in the Q&A section.

Your problem is you flashed files for the wrong phone. These are the forums for the samsung galaxy s vibrant (t959). You need the forums for the samsung galaxy s 4g (t959v). They are two totally different phones and are not compatible.

Does your phone power on at all? If it does I would recommend booting into recovery mode and performing a factory reset. If this doesn't work you can flash the latest firmware to your device using Odin from here http://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/1/?model=SGH-T679&pcode=TMB#firmware. Let me know if you still have questions .

I have a Samsung galaxy s3. I don't know what my friend did with that its not booting up. When switch on the display.. It turns on and then it shut down again. I download a ROM and flashed it with Odin. I saw a small improvement . now When I turn the device on , the Samsung logo appears and again it restarts. In think the ROM which I used was not perfect.
May I please get some links for downloading original software .
Thanks in advance

On http://www.sammobile.com/ they have the latest stock for our S3. Try to flash the latest on for your region and if it sill does not want to boot, go to recovery and wipe data and cache.
