[Q] Humble Bundle 4 App Won't Install - Barnes & Noble Nook Tablet

i have a 16GB/1GB rooted NT running stock ROM with a custom launcher. I was able to download the Humble Bundle 4 app but not able to install it with either the app or package installer. Has anyone had luck with this? Everything works fine on my GNEX so i'm guessing it has to do with the version of Android I'm running? Anyone able to get this app installed? I have the APK's downloaded to my phone, but have not tried sideloading them to the NT yet.

[Q] G-Harmony Gingerbread 2.3.5

I have a couple questions about the G-Harmony Gingerbread 2.3.5 ROM that I recently installed.
1. Is this the most recent version?
2. Are there other Gingerbread ROMs, if so, are they better?
3. I can't get the Adobe Flash player to work on sites that have video. Sites tell me I need 9.0.115 or later. I have 10.3 installed. I go to the Market and try to update to 11 and it says "Error. Package file was not signed correctly. Uninstall the previous copy of the app and try again." When I go into Manage Apps, I don't have an option to uninstall 10.3. And when I try to play YouTube videos, I only get audio. Suggestions?
Thanks in advance.
Rich

[Q] Can I install old Android browsers?

Hi,
Is that possible to install an old Android browser apk in a newer version?
I have a Galaxy SII running ICS but I wanted to test my mobile websites using Froyo or Gingerbread browsers. Is that possible?
Thanks

Any tips on how to do that?
Where can I find the apks? Do I need to be rooted to install those? And do they replace my original ICS browser or can I have multiple versions simultaneously?
Thanks!
you mean the original gb and froyo browsers right? you need to google them. no u dont have to be rooted.
jus download the apk, place it on ur sd. install them thry any file managers. remember to check " install from unknown sources" in your phone. thats it

I found some old Browser.apk here on xda and tried to install on my phone without success. It says it's going to replace my default browser, but I thought I could have two versions installed.
Anyway, I hit OK trying to install but the installation fails. Maybe because I'm not rooted and it's trying to replace a system app.
Is there a way to force this apk to install as a second browser option?
Thanks
Unless it's signed, it won't install normally. You can try signing the apk, but I doubt that it will install regardless. Using the browser from a different version of android isn't the same as viewing a website on a different version of android.

Stock Browser and Flash Player

in case somebody needs this, here is (or should be) a working pair of stock browser and flash player. depending on what version of rom your'e running, in order to get the browser working you might need to download and install ROOT version from the playstore first, though it says it does not support our device. than install this version on top of it and flash player should work with it. I confirmed it's working on my SP and on acer A500 running custom JB rom. it may be necessary to click-tap twice on a flash object, first to activate it and second time to make it play.

Anyone with USAA on 2.3.7?

I been trying to get the USAA app for 2.3.7 but they just tell me the latest app is on the Play store. I need it for 2.3.7 because my device, Droid 1, is not compatible when I download it, but when I used ICS or JB rom, I was able to download it and back it up with Titanium, but it won't restore on GB.
