am in the process of themin my stock rom & yes its odexed..now i cant seem to find out the files and png responsible for the ugliness in the theme ,plz take a look at the pics below and help me solve the mystery

that one is for ICS but i want to chnage background in a GB ROM for ICS I already know that
there is someone who can make a guide to make the Notification panel settings such as that of 'S3 for S2?
