I have been trying to bootload my Legend but I am not getting very far. I read that you don't have to create a gold card and I
am getting the following error
error[131] customer id error
I read some threads on this on the forum but all the links are dead.

So I created these instructional videos to help newbies out with loading ROMs etc.
TO ADVANCED USERS: I know that these procedures are not new but the instructional videos have seemed to help a lot of newbies and I think it would benefit anyone weary of attempting these procedures.
Please don't post how this is old news, I am well aware. These are just for newbies to help them get started. It also should help eliminate newbies asking the same questions over and over as most are answered right under the videos, and I'm sure you'll appreciate that
MODERATOR: Please sticky or add to any tutorial threads for the sake of the newbies.

Newbie needs help - update error 262
I face this problem. Progress bar is always at 0%, update error [262]
I have done these steps:
- take out sim card
- take out microSD card
- use Topaz-HardSPL_V5_00R5_183HSPL --> update error
- use Radio - HTC Touch Diamond2 --> update error
- use ROM --> update error
Any kind soul to help me ?

I have a HTC Wildfire S with S-off. When I hold my power button and the volume down it appears a hboot-1.03 screen.
I have read many, many threads about this phone, and tried everything google offered.
I have noticed that this "s-off" is a big problem when it`s on . I was wondering, can anyone help me root my phone ?

I have updated Sensation Xl to ICS 4.0.3 from sensationxltips.co.uk, after updated Sdcard was error and adb server not works so i can not restore or flash Rom, anyone got the same problem ?

Hi. No help I think, but I'm having the same problem with my Sensation (standard one rather than xl). Shortly after update I got the "sd card unexpectedly removed" error message. A reboot fixed it briefly but the message occurred again & now I can't access the sd card at all & can't use any apps on it.
Hopefully that's some useful extra info.
I'm in the UK with Orange updating my sensation to version 4.0.3
I'll post anything I find elsewhere here.

I have just switched my S3 Model - SGH-T999V from Mobilicity to Rogers and I'm now unable to send a text message to someone until, wait for it..... they have messaged me first!
Once they have messaged me I am able to reply but I am unable to message anyone until they have made first contact.(Message just says delivery failed)
Can anyone help?
