I have a HTC Titan, Unbranded from new.....
I have been wanting to unlock it for ages, followed Heathcliifs works, did the cheveron unlock and so on......
Is my Titan unlockable ?
what do you need to know......
Ive done cooked roms before on the old HTC TyTn and HD, so i am firmilliar with flashing....

It's called HSPL by Cotulla, then you can install unlocked roms, 7.5 / 7.8.

I know about SPL's and HSPL's, but i also know that some versions of SPL/Radio cant be done.
i would like to know if my Titan can be done before i go about downlaoding the files....

Your radio is correct, and you have x310e. This means HSPL by cotulla is possible (easy).

You have to downgrade SPL to 2.5 version by install stock Mango ROM: http://www.filefactory.com/file/1yb..._16.23.06.10_16.32.00.23_ETERNITY_RELEASE.nbh

I have "original" Hermes with 1.18.255.3.
I would like to upgrade to Cingular 1.31.502.1, as it has the latest OS version. Is there some way how to add radio 1.20.31.10 to this ROM, eventhoug it is using 1.06 bootloader? Cingular radio is 1.13.00.00, which is even older than the one I am currently using.

If this is not possible, I will upgrade to Cingular 1.34.502.1 or i-Mate 1.31.305.2 (preferably).
Yes you can flash 1.31 rom with 1.06 bootloader and then downgrade the bootloader to 1.04 and then flash the 1.20 radio.
I will update the wiki with better instructions on downgrading to 1.04 bootloader when I have some time.

Yes, this is how I had my hermes last week (rom1.31 + radio1.20 + bootloader1.04) but now i reflashed and i'm back to radio 1.13 for other purposes

You're all Right! I Was to quick with my conclusion.
But on the other hand it's like chess: How can I get the developers, chiefs and cooks to the athena section to get them curios/interested about/in this super HTC piece! In other words: we need help there.
Olipro has allready don a good job by developing a athena unlocker. Some other developers are now in the kitchen...

i upgraded mine to wm6 and im downgrading back to WM5 to test somthing and i need the at&t version not the cingular one
also i need HERM100 SPL-2.03

i did look. they all said Cingular. and this phone is AT&T Branded so i wanted to get the AT&T rom

Seem that you flashed wrong official Rom. Now your Mozart bootloader is brick. Im sorry. Send it to Htc care, I think.

I think you try to install HSPL but you have SPL >4 or even 5. Now bootloader is brick. No solution to this moment, sorry

Have you tried to flash your phone with a branded ROM? Find it out here, read carefully before you proceed: 18 Branded HTC Mozart Roms.

as I wrote above, for 98% he had Mango update and try install HSPL on it. all people which do that have now bootloader bricked and no solution.

Hello guys. Does anybody know if my phone is able to run this new ROM?
I'm using a HTC Titan X310e, running firmware revision number: 1600.2200.20501.401, radio software version: 16.23.06.10_ 16.32.00.23U and bootloader version: 2.6.160015.3(140182)
Yes it should, I have the same X310e and I live in Luxembourg and it works. Very easy to do Guide and no problems after 6 hours of use.
