Anyone else noticed that the sound reproduction in music is much more crispier and with more natural bass in android music player 2.2 and 2.3? Is there any similar music player in play store that can reproduce such quality?

There are some players you can try such as Meridian, Mort Player, WinAMP, TTPod (maybe you will like this one)....
Currently I'm using AndLess (for APE/FLAC playback) and the default player.
PlayerPro, It's like PowerAMP, but i prefer poweramp, yesterday I bought it ^^
ok.. i will test these players..
What's the best music player to use for the best audio quality as all my music are 320kbps,
Thanks
It doesn't matter with mp3s.
As sound is subjective i suggest you try them all .
Or even read the Music Players Review Thread in guess where Themes and Apps .

Neutron is supposedly the best for sound quality, even though it's UI sucks. PowerAmp is also really good.
i had no idea that the actual player software could change the sound quality. isn't it hardware related?
i use mortplayer btw it's awesome!
I use neutron and poweramp. The sound field stuff in nice in the I9300 native app, but it has many problems -- not the least of which is it doesn't like to be turned off once you turn it on.
Google Music is plain terrible.
I wonder if anyone of you knows other player aside from samsung default music player which has externalization effect? I tried MAVEN its quite close but its not really the same effect with the default samsung music player. Any suggestions for any live/externalization effect music player?
Anyone? Im looking for the exact thing on my HOX+....
I've recently been playing with the different music apps on the S6 Edge, and in the process I've noticed that there is a difference in terms of sound quality between the stock Samsung Music app and the Google Play Music app. I compared the two apps (plus a few more from the Play Store), without any EQ, sound effect or anything like that, and noticed that they sound different. Why might that be? Might there be a difference in how they output sound to the audio hardware?
You can tweak audio settings in both but they both lead to the same menu. Google streams so it is WIFI quality dependant whereas the stock app local media
Hello there
I bought honor 7 two weeks ago, as y'all know it hasnt come with built-in eq so i decided to install an eq app or mods like viper4android, dolby atmos, but i encountered some strange problem with the sound and music player.
my music archieve is mostly flac and also i've got couple of mp3 files problem is eq app and mods have no effect on these mp3 files when i use stock music player like if there's no mode or eq app working but i'm able to use these effects with google play music or another music players but except google play music and stock player im not able to use the other players on lockscreen.
Is there a way to use the other players on lockscreen or fix this sound processing issue ? i like stock music app's visuality but i can use another music app im open for all suggestions thank u.
Anyone?
Fixed it?
