im just making i-scream usable for our device...
i-scream is a user-customizable rom...
trimmed/debloated to be lightweght..
You dont need to add/use other script here, coz it will break the roms configuration..
Again confirmed working on locked bootloader

WHITE STATUS BAR THEME

AOSP setup wizard
minfree value increased
few vm tweak edited
some kernel tweak removed (use default config in kernel)
ksm are not enabled by default
netfork removed, due to uncertain security issue (adfree should work this time)

change some png in few apk (it should look nicer)
properly zipaligned & optimized newly added apk
used default eyecandy made by emannxperia
no more icon packs (maybe i'll make one if requested)
INSTRUCTIONS
make full backup of your current rom and apps
flash .587 stock ftf
flash .587 based custom kernel - for unlocked bootloader --> i recommend arcknight 4.1
boot into recovery... Wipe data/ factory reset, wipe cache, wipe dalvik cache, format system
flash i-scream_13_rom, wait till its done
dont reboot yet, wipe dalvik cache, wipe cache, fix permission again
boot into phone homescreen, dont set any account yet, just explore the rom for a bit
reboot into recovery again and flash "white status bar theme" <<< this is optional

DONT reboot yet, wipe dalvik cache, wipe cache, fix permission again

Reboot into recovery again and flash "blue status bar theme" <<< this is optional

look at advanced option in cwm, if its not there, then just boot into phone..

Bug: Screen wake up by himself from sleep mode few times a day :/

kernel and ROM flashed fine. booted fine. It seemed really smooth.
then I installed the gapps(from the 2nd post) from CWM. after reboot, the gapps were not starting. I entered into CWM and tried to flash gapps for the 2nd time. the phone rebooted automatically even before the gapps installation was finished.
Since then my phone has entered into bootloop. cannot enter recovery from any kernel. phone reboots automatically before I can enter the CWM. tried inteks+nightelf+your ICS kernel. Can you please help me? what should I do now?
EDIT: Had the official Sony ICS beta files ( boot.img, userdata.img, system.img) in my HDD. flashed them via fastboot. the phone now boots again.
Gonna flash this rom again with redownloaded gapps. Will report back if anything goes wrong again.

Currently no. In later build i may make it for neo v and l too
Just downloaded it. Flashed first time with all default selection. It booted and started nicely. Flashed second time selecting xperia s keyboard and xperia gx home, settigs forse closes with touch not working. Now flashing again. Let's see. Will post report.

after you flash it again. you have again to apply Device Optimizer

Got it. Something wrong while selecting xperia s keyboard. I tried many combination with xperia s keyboard but nothing worked. only when I select perfect keyboard it is wotking.

Strange. Semms that xperia keyboard only works on ray. I will remove it

Maybe you can try with Pureness Patch for Neo V but have edit a build.prop first with this build. Otherwise your hh will known as Pureness
Except that Xperia S keyboard bug in aroma the rom is very smooth and nice. Nice new look. Will use this as my daily rom. Looking forward for more update. thanks to MrTAPA.

yes it ca nbeb activated on any rom. But google it and read how to do it
what launcher are u using in the 3rd and 4th screen shots ?!

Something wrong with this rom. I restored all my apps through titanium backup and use the rom for some hours. And when need to reboot for some reason it didn't reboot. It first shows the kernel logo and then black screen. nothing happened. I flashed the rom second time and did everything and restored my apps and after using for some hours same thing happened. Didn't boot on reboot. Moving to another rom while this is been fixed.

Flashed, restored with Titanium ... rebooting is OK. The problem is in your device.
Till yestarday is working very nice. No problems at all. Fast and responsive!

Man, like I said - I have no problems with rebooting after backup restore with titanium...
I don't know what is causing the problem in your phone

no fukin idea :silly: but dont worry.. i dont take things from roms.. it's maybe a Mod or something.. dont remember exactly, i started taking notes of the things i added and where i find them at v3...

i'll add back to kill at v4, dont really know if i will add cpu control, and why camera quality is bad? check that it is at 5 MP, if not move it to 5 MP..

1-wake to press volume key
2-wave type on answer call.
3-icon to kill app on recent app like miui.
4-rom control.
5-the process of free ram on emelutor is deficult if this process is easy it's better like on like on icon and then all progress is done
tanksfor hard working.

mm i will add some of this.. the problem is that i'm having bootloops installing MODS.. so after v4, i will start a new project with less scripts & Mods (doesnt mean it will be worse or less perfomance)
so at v4, i will finish the project with More Visual, AOSP, you will feel the difference.

the rom is very smooth but I hope you add On-screen button to advance setting, this rom is really good for game :angel:

Tried using Lupus, Alliance and Suave.. No luck with full wipe... back to Jelly Sandwich

Try rebooting twice after flashing modules. & make sure you flash 1.30 modules not earlier versions modules. & This rom doesn't have a modified tiwlan so wifi should work
