Hi,
I am using sony xperia go . Recently i installed resolution change/Density app from google store on my phone.I set the density to 200 hoping that i would get a more clear resolution display, but after restarting my phone everything became big and i can't see the APPLY+REBOOT button as everything became bigger. I can't reset back to original resolution to 160.
pls pls help me:crying::crying:

sory i'm too worried though it is brick, bcoz just rooted my phone
Xperia P screen lock became bigger. "OK" Button is not shown.

I have also problem in my xperia P. I can access the "OK" button in the screen lock:crying::crying:, therefore I can access anything in my phone. PLEASE HELP!!!

Go into /system, build.prop, search something like "ro.lcd.density" and change the value to your original density. Then reboot and it may be solved.

hi guys.i make a new discovery about our phone. i think the density of galaxy Y is wrong.its 120 from factory.if you make it 110 you will see yourself that is very better than 120 and some things that are cutted and dont seem very well they get better.(you can also set density to 100 or 90 but because of low resolution some letter may be crupy).set your density to 110 (its 100% easy and safe) browse everywere in your phone and i'm sure that you never change it again to 120.
HOW TO DO IT:
with root explorer mounted as rw go to system/build.prop.
long press on it and choose "edit with text manager".
find a line saying "ro.sf.lcd_density=120".
change value 120 to 110.
press menu and save changes.go back to system folder and delete built.prop.bak file.
reboot and enjoy your new screen.
if you dont like it for some reason you can change it again by changing this value again to 120.
give it a try i'm sure you gonna love it.

what you mean isnt center?did you try to change homescreen rows or columns to 5?i think it will help its allright for me

i find out something.if you install busybox 1.18 for v6 to work you must unistall it.go back to 1.17 or 1.19 or you will get boot loop with this version of busybox.i'm working on it!

me too, 110 is not in center, a little difference only in 115, but very noticeable
Then better to use LCD application rather than changing manually....is it ok to use that application

Hello, does anyone tried to set the DPI at 160 to test the ICS tablet mode?
It is working, but broken in many places.
so LCD Density Modder and a launcher like apex can do the job?

Phone and some more stuff just crashing randomly.
anyone able to use LCD Resolution successfully on ATT One X Plus ?
I am able to install it and set the value but after reboot device is back to native resolution.
Any thoughts on how to get it working ?

Edit your build.prop. You don't need an app to change the DPI.

Hi everyone! I got a problem with the textures with Dead Trigger! i have ICS 4.0.4 Official and these are my problemes:
- The textures of the hand are black
- The map is black
- Sometimes the app closes without any advertisement
and when close the game for 1 second all the map back to the normality!
You have the solution?? ^^ Sorry for my bad english!!

From Google Play! i have downloaded third times and the problem continuous!
Take this advice I'm going to give you and apply it to all your app related issues, email the ddeveloper, they always get back to you and try and give you the best advice, and may even include bugfixes in their updates.

I think it is something with the ICS update so we have to wait to developers to solve it.
Try this little trick: when the game loads (and the black screen with sound appears), press the lock button, when you unlock your phone the game kinda work with correct textures :good:

ive got the same problem even on cm9!!
i tried cm9 just for this purpose!
same problem here the black map! i have an xperia u and when i get 4 0 4 that problem appears!
i got camera bug on my phone after updating to 6.1.1.B.1.54.
when i use flasher on my phone in night all captured photos are half black.......it doesnt show in screen when capturing.but after captured photos are half blak.then i reset my phone .after that its ok. then i change camera setting ,then same problem agian.then i clear camera cache.....then again worked fine...bt when i change setting it go half black pic.......
how to fix this problem.....
