Hi there,
I may be blind but I just cannot find the settings for the backlight...it was working before but the last couple of hours they don't light up anymore...even in dim conditions.
Is there anyone to point me into the right direction? I tried the search...but only solutions for rooted devices..which my HOX+ is not ...yet!
Thank you in advance

What are those two small dots on the screen next to ear speaker?
Edit: this is on Samsung Galaxy S Vibrant..
2 cameras, but it can only be activated with froyo 2.2
thank you.. i thought they are led light or something..
Not true. They are Proximity and
light sensors. Why would you
need two ffc?

From doing a search on this forum I found out that they were hi intensity LED lasers.
So what are they? Laser? Led? Camera?

Recently, after flashing a rom, my right side hardware LED never glows....
only my left side hardware led is working...
Is there any solution please...

Hi,
first use Led Tester to test if all leds are OK. If yes, please tell use which ROM are you using or use its descussion thread.
Hit thanks, if helped.

Ha - you re right! Cant believe it, few months ago there was on Play app called Led tester which is designed for hw led testing and worked good on X10i. Wait a minute, I will look for apk on my hard drive
Led Tester APK
Lucky man, i have it
Here it is - in attachement.
Again thanks but i was talking about the LEDs that is located between the three hardware buttons below the screen....not the notification leds...

Oh, sorry didnt read properly... My mistake
So you meant hardware buttons (home, back, menu) backlight?
These leds are located on one flex pcb module. There are two leds, so if any of them doesnt light, it means that they need repair. Hopefully this module can be bought on ebay relatively cheap.

Increase brightness to maximum or set auto-brightness on? There shouldn't be a problem if you do that.
Thanks bro .. Don't you remember the topics about brightness hack?? People sure have problem then? But it was working only with ICS
What I am looking for is a brightness hack for jellybean ROM

1. Vibration is always on when i have incoming call, how to stop vibration?
2. How to answer a call without dragging the Screen Circle to green phone, i want to have only the green and red phone and just touch them to answer.
Thanx in advance and i am happy to be here.

I have liked it, Its much smoother and faster to use. Although you should consider the experience of others too. There is a thread in this HTC Desire X Forum which lists the pros and cons of JB.

Thanx mate, about the second question i had - how can i make the call screen to be Red and Green phones and not to slide them but only to touch them and to answer?
And is there any chance to remove that lockscreen with the circle?
