If you go into settings and go to about and start quickly tapping on android version you will get a jellybean pic. If you do it on CyanogenMod Version , the pic from the first post pops up. Hidden gems..

Thank you. #1 answer short and sweet, exactly what I needed.
The problem with that is that it doesn't remove t;he Android partitions or the install. In order to do that you should run the ACMEUninataller t get rid of it all.
Sent from my cm_tenderloin using xda premium
Best would be to do both. First ACMEUninstaller, then webos doc. You'll be putting it back to "out of box" condition doing that.

Dunno if you guys had seen this or not.
Go to Settings / About
Tap Android Version Rapidly about 5 times..
Works on ICS (Every rom I have tried)
Are there any other hidden goodies like this embedded in the system?
That's kinda clever. Now you're gonna have XDAers rapidly tapping on everything!
I'm not gonna take credit for finding that easter egg, that was all Google, I just verified it worked and passed it along. I am kinda supprised that is the only one I have found, if they are there they are well hidden!
I like to try and find hidden stuff in programs and hardware, since I was 8 and rocking a Commodore 64!

This has been known for years. In gingerbread there were the zombies and the android, in honeycomb there was the bee that had a toast of 'bzzz' when you tapped on it and in ics there's a nyandroid that when you hold it down gets bigger and becomes a whole video.
Like I said, known for years

If you don't have a Launcher that can do shortcuts like that, rom an ADB Shell or terminal window:
Code:
am start -n com.android.launcher/com.android.launcher2.RocketLauncher

Any thought of porting this to our touchpads?

I'm sure we can all benefit from "per-app-density" settings.

I would love to see this. Have it on my galaxy note and its awesome. Let's hope they start development!

I like that boot animation. I might have to put that on the pad.
I have Nook Tablet CM9 and I have GTA installed but the controls to move the character aren't showing up so I am basically stuck in one spot. It has not worked before so I am just wondering if something's wrong or I need to change the settings.
I've noticed too, it's a bug. I think it has to do with graphical issues
Any Work Around
Do you think there is any work around for this bug because it works on other devices (even some lower end devices) but not the nook. Why?
Just download cm7 or a stock 1.4.0 rooted rom.. should do the trick. Basically any cm9 or 4.0 rom on the nook tablet cant handle it..

It is not a rom, it is a kernel for cm9. Try to google or read threads to learn more.

You are awesome dude!
I assume coming from you, it's been tried on the Galaxy Note.
Thanks

Tested on my note as well as my Transformer Prime and it seems to function pretty well. The video seems to lag pretty heavily but I'm unsure whether or not its because of the app or the content. I will test again later. Thanks for upping this. Just finished reading about xbmc development for android and bam there it is!

Works great on my CM9 Note. This will also be great for my TouchPad! XBMC is the best, have it running on my media center PC and it is a super smooth interface for audio and video. Having an Android port is awesome!
doesn't seem to work on g2x, but awesome anyways thank's a lot!

Awesome start! Thank you! I'll be following the dev closely from here on out.
Works great. Installed on gnote and touchpad. Install alot of addons from xbmchub.com like navix, icefilms and others and everything's working pretty much like my PC version.
