Even the third time I could not start the rom (Kernel from Scritch007 for CM10). Always stay on CyanogenMod logo.

probably the pack is corrupted cuz when i tried to change Update-script thing to flash rom i couldn`t i says package is corrupt
i'll try as soon as i get my chinese test over with... and guys if u can't boot, you can still try to get a logcat for our friend here. all you need is a lappie, adb (from android dev kit), adb drivers for x10(i think) and usb cable. run adb and use the connect your x10 to the com, and running adb logcat > yournamehere.txt

Instructions:
Flash latest 2.3.4 firmware
Root your phone with flashtool (here)
Unlock your bootloader
Go into CWM and wipe cache partition and data (to be sure there will be no issues)
Flash the ROM
Mount system and flash updates and/or hotfix if it is necessary
DONT REBOOT! shut off your phone instead
Enter in Fastboot mode and flash kernel for this ROM (you can now use FLASHTOOL !)
Reboot and enjoy!

I have the same experience. Here is error log from flashing:
On my Neo rom install but wont bootup.
thanks for report so it seems there is a build prop error so I'll fix it and reupload the ROM or just a hotfix

Sweet news! I'll be testing that ROM later, you'll get reports from me tomorrow as well.
I tried it on my MT15a and ends in status 7
No errors during ROM flashing, neither during kernel flashing BUT, remains on a lifetime boot.
Hope it'll be fixed once you get your Neo really wanted to test MIUI on it!

Obviously
I have flashed hundreds of ROMS.. I know where people can go wrong while flashing ROMS
And I don't think I did something silly because I got soft brick twice.

If you're into 2.2 try AtiFroyo. It's pretty decent but there's plenty of GB roms that are pretty much flawless.
I tried it using both XRecovery and CWM.
Anyways ,I am back to GDX

Weird.
It could be that you have a corrupted file(s). Have you tried downloading the files again?
Also, from where are you downloading the files? If you're downloading using your phone, you might want to try downloading using a PC.
As you might have noticed, this thread had 7 posts only in over a year.. That alone should let you know the quality of the rom.
Try FroyoPro. It's bug-free.

guys i dont think there's a flashplayer for armv6 using ics ... and flashplayer stopped developing for android "correct me if i'm wrong" .. so we're stuck until someone with knowledge can port it to armv6 devices using ics

program can't be installed for SE x8 Only 10.1 was installed to me and when i was at wahtsmyflashversion.com there was sign: 0.0.0.0 that was my version, and other flash players doesn't work, so stop trying and wait till xperia x8 flash player will be devloped

Install Instructions
0. Install the proper FXP kernel
1. You must do a Full Wipe in CWM (System/Data/Cache/Dalvik-Cache)!

6. After Install the Launcher will load some things, so first some minute it'll be slow.

After Install
LBE Guard will request ROOT permission. Allow it. If you wanna install ANY app, one Chinese app will request ROOT permission too. Allow it, or you will got FCs. It's the AntiVirus app.

FXP team not allow mirrors, so I cant... I'll rebase this ROM to my AOSP build, and I'll make kernels for it.

guys,there is a source code and try to build from there(probably you will fail for not knowing any Java code but that is way better than this.
there are some great tutorials on xda(eyeeagletom made one) and go from there.
