in JB the camera app is merged with the Gallery, and it would be quite difficult to port this feature to ICS

yes but i cant use some app in JB like orbot i necessary need to orbat but just v 0.2.3.17 beta 1.0.9 rc5a work for me

4.2 has a TOTALLY different API base, so no, it's not possible, or really hard.

Also, you don't have to be a dev to port things. The guides were made so anyone who can follow instructions could port.

CM10.1 kills support for 2.6 kernel? If it don't then the port would be easy because the 5s has a cm10 rom that is very stable

I am running last AKOP nightly version and I would like to have stock samsung camera app in this rom. Is it possible? Is there any flashable version or something?
No it is not possible as it needs tw framework. You can use a aosp version though in themes and apps section called aosp 2.60, nearly all features from Samsung cam.
