Download the JB 4.1.2 ROM from sammobile and flash it with Odin.
Make sure to wipe/reset factory before and after flashing.
You can look around for guide to flash with Odin if you don't know.

Jelly Bean 4.1.1 for Galaxy S3 international.
XXDLIB is the official Polish JB release. XXDLI8 is the latest leaked JB, which is older than the official.

[Q] Need fast help, will +REP

I'm downloading the newest Jelly Bean update over OTA (settings/about/update) right now.
If I don't like it I would like to return to my current XWLPT 4.0.4 over Odin, but there is that brick bug that I want to avoid.
Is there a XWPLT with siyah kernel that works with Odin so I can safely go back to 4.0.4?
Thanks ALOT for your time ans answer, will +REP!

Last version for your phone is ICS to get to Jelly Bean you need to flash a custom rom (there is no official upgrade after ICS and in some countries 3.2 is last one). I can guide you to install a Custom ROM for jelly bean or maybe KITKAT, Let me know.

Ah ok nice. But you are on ICS right?

Downgrade from 4.3 to 4.0.4

It is possible to downgrade from 4.3 to 4.0.4 ? if is,how to do it ? via odin ?
No, unless you have an efs backup from before you upgraded to 4.3.
Also, 4.0 will kill your phone.
why,4.0.4 is stock firmware for s3 when s3 build.
Search and read about SDS, a bug they fixed at 4.1 firmware EMG4. Anything earlier than this will destroyed the nand memory.
slow to upgrade to 4.4.4
why do you think better 4.0.4
ok,can i downgrade to 4.1.2 ? i am now on 4.3 NeatRom.I think device performe faster, little more ram memory is free than 4.3

Download 4.1.2 version minimal XXEMG4, not older (letters before G are older, far from G newer) and flash via Odin.
You can find firmware on sammobile (not allowed to post link due to rules).
Also, if you don't know how to flash via Odin, look -> here
i need 4.1.2 for Serbia (Telenor).When i type i9300 on sammobile,just gave me 4.3 firmware
