Its a fix for Right-To-Left languages in this MIUI ROM
if you use Arabic language in your MIUI use this fix ..... otherwise it's pointless for you ...

I don't think there are compatible theme for your firmware, but toot can check under theme section.
If you have little Modding experience, then let me know
