Why don't you ask at rootzwiki forum, its where its originated, I'm sure some of the users have it.

The developer moved to another device, probably not continuing the rom so pulled the link.

Hey everyone,
Over the past weeks, I have realiezed that certain rom's download links are down. I feel that it would be a good idea to have just one thread with download links for roms, and mods for it that can't be found. In threads like UnNamed, people are posting links to their dropbox, but it is hard for people to find becuase they dont want to dig around the forums. So if everyone could just post links to rom downloads that would be great.

Looks like they've not available on CM's site. Ask in the CM10 discussion thread, someone might be able to link you to a download of same.
