You should be able to load into recovery using twrp and restore from the nandroid.

so i would just drop the zip file on my phone? And im trying to get rid of TWRP. Id rather just be bone stock like it was the second I pulled it outta the box until a good custom rom comes out and i can get rid of all the damn AT&T bloatware and the tethering block.

You need TWRP to fix your problem so whatever you do, don't remove if before you are up and running. It won't hurt you to keep it on your phone though.

You can't at the moment. Normally, you just flash the stock recovery or flash an RUU. However, that isn't available.

I seem to bit a bit confused. I thought the RUU was basically the stom rom image, which ive been told is wrong. can anyone clear up what exactly the RUU is? (total noob question im sure)
It's more then just a stock Rom it's the recovery and everything else including radio hboot ect.

I second this... Maybe there is one floating around in another thread somewhere.
For what version ? and why just curious
Well it'd be nice to be able to basically RUU the phone back to fully stock without using a pc (mine is broken currently). I have the Eng hboot and s-off so it'd be nice to have one of the original RUUs before hboot 1.5. I've recently been having issues with any recovery I run and feel like a fresh start from scratch would help a lot.

Yeah, I've seen this one, but it's not quite it. The one I'm talking about is a completely UNTOUCHED ROM (even the boot screen is stock), and only has the Sprint HotSpot unlocked and Beats included. I may be wrong, but I could've sworn I ran this ROM for a couple months. I unfortunately deleted the zip file, before I realized I couldn't find it anymore. Any of the Devs out there interested in creating this?

Okay so here's the deal. I bought an HTC Rezound off of craigslist. The guy said he had rooted it and for some reason he had to reset it and it didn't work? Idk but anyway all I know how to do is go into the recovery mode he had on it. I'm confused because i've done rooting and flashing on a fascinate but nothing on the rezound. So what I want to know is how can I reset it from this point so it's back to stock and rooted, or I kinda want to put an ICS rom on there. How would I go about doing that?
Thanks for helping a noob out guys, really appreciate it haha.

That's your hboot. If you can launch that, you should be able to flash a recovery, flash a rom and get to using your phone.

I was messing around with the new boot loader on a new phone and managed to unlock and get a recovery, but SU wouldn't flash, then it said it flashed, but still didn't fash, So I went ahead and tried to flash a rom anyway hoping it would work because the rom was rooted, Wrong answer. lol
And the ONE thing I DIDNT do when I got the CWM was MAKE A BACKUP!!! So I screwed up bad.
Now I've bee stuck at splashscreens for 2 days on a 3 day old phone.
Yeah, me too. I need the RUU as well. I am running mean rom right now with the kernel that allows it to work with hboot 1.58. But I would like to be able to go back to stock if necessary.
If you're stuck with 1.58 like me I suggest you install mean rom and flash the kernel in the Mean-Rom folder on your SD card so your wifi and 4G work.
Yeah id like to have the official ICS RUU as well.

This is exactly what Sprint and HTC wanted to accomplish. I would give it time. The devs should have a smooth running ICS / kernel soon. I am betting they will have something for all HBOOTs out there. I am still sitting on my Mean ROM for GB... with 1.4. And I will wait to make the leap to ICS... because I don't feel we should have to leave 1.4
I like having the option of reverting back to stock in case I screw something up lol.

Hi All,
I've tried searching but to no avail. I got an HOX+ from ATT today and was excited to root it I got through rooting it no problem. But then I installed ClockworkMod Recovery. Now the phone wont boot at all. I can get in to fast boot and recovery. But it says no SD Card exists when I try to access the SD card. Other then that I get nothing but the HTC Logo. If anyone could help it would be great! At this point I wouldn't mind going back to stock.
More than likely you flashed a non-ATT recovery since there is not one out now for ATT. I did the same and swapped out this afternoon rather than wait for a HTC release.

Ok but that doesn't explain how you rooted with no custom recovery for AT&T available, in other words how did you flash SU zip? I'm sure I'm not the only one that wants to know the answer to this question I'd be greatly appreciative to know how it was done so I can root the stock and be done with it for while until the kinks get worked out. **** I seen they started a thread to donate for a Dev to get the international HOX+ why was'nt an AT&T donate thread started so we can buy a dev one too? I'll chip in and I'm sure many others will too.

All I did was unlock the phone. Not sure of I got root or what. I just followed the instructions in the all in one. Phone asked me if I really wanted to unlock it I said yes. Then I tired flashing Clockwork. Based on all the reading I've done I'm almost positive I didn't root it. Just screwed my phone up. Going to have to go to ATT tomm and see what can be done.

He means he took it to AT&T and said it died on him so they gave him a new one. I did the same thing. As of right now, there is no RUU (ROM Update Utility) provided by AT&T. I emailed HTC and they said that they no-longer choose when that gets uploaded and it usually takes about 10 days for the approval process and upload of the RUU. It's up to AT&T so you could be waiting a while for it.

You don't need to donate a AT&T one x. The devices are really not that different. Lloir with the one x we donated will be able to do everything he does for us for you at&t boys. If anything you guys should be grateful we donated one so you don't have to. Back on topic, you don't need a RUU, just the stock AT&T boot.img. Flash that and device will boot again.

you could try installing the Xposed Framework installer, and then grab that mod (the longpress back button menu option) and enable it. I think it should work. correct me someone, if I'm wrong.
Personally, I just went ahead and flashed ROMs from the WWE HTC One forum here on XDA dev - [HTC One (M7)] since they have the mods I want, and they work fine with our AT&T model. LTE working as well. I do think there's probably a slight issue with mismatched FIRMWARE and base version, because my LTE reception is like 2-3 bars on ROMs like ARHD 5.1 or TrickDroid 4.0 (based on 129.xx.xxx.5) whereas it's full-bar on the stock AT&T ROM.
hope I helped.. hit me up with any questions. the Xposed framework stuff you can actually find a link to in the ARHD thread (careful, don't install ARHD 6 right now, there's some issues people are having. 5.1 is good). Paul Obrien from MoDaCo hosts all the Xposed stuff.
I'll be flashing this tomorrow after I unbox my one

I've taken phones back that were rooted and unlocked and I have never had an issue. I've never had a rep check to see if SU is installed or boot into bootloader to check the status. As long as it cut on and off and wasnt damaged I was good to go.
