For me,Real ICS r5.2 is the best (well,you,might need to test it yourself)

The cyanogenmod roms are awesome,.. may be you can try cm 9 or 7,.. and the fxp 147 based on jb is also available.. [not stable though,] .. Real ics is good..

I think it is, yeah. I've changed the name a long time ago so I'm not sure. And I'm on GB currently so I can't test to say for sure.

nope. kernel for ST15i can only be used by ST15i. that goes for SK17 etc.

here is no such thing as best rom..it depends from person to person...
for example i like stability and bug free rom, so i use stock rom.
and please search before questioning..this question is answered like 50 times...
and if u don't want to search then post your question in help threead created by areeb
