I flashed my lumia 800 by rataplan v2.0. i flashed it by traditional method by using dd command in linux.now after completing it my phone wont start . it only vibrates after pressing power button and than nothing happens.hard reset combination also do nothing. pls pls pls pls help me i am dead. its not entering in qualcomm mode again because linux not showing its partitions. what should i do. pls urgent.:crying:

sry but is the Rataplan ROM not just for the 710? think thats the problem..

but it was showed under lumia 800 thread.
luckily somhow my 800 went back in to qualcomm mode and flashed it back to rainbowmod. now another problem is appearing though i fleshed both partion 3 and partion 9 as i had done it before and it worked for me that time ,this time it isnt working .it dont boot beyond nokia logo.and it wont turn off so that i can hard reset it.everytime i hit power button it just get rebooted and get stuck to nokia logo...!

It's correct it was showed under lumia 800 thread, that is because xda won't give us a 710 thread, I always was afraid that this would happen because they put the 710 in the 800 thread.
I don't have a Lumia 800, but I had a simular problem and I solved it to flash my rom two times and then my problem was solved with all partitions, so I really hope that it will work for you also.

I reflshed it and it got worse now it wont get to even nokia logo screen..it just vibrates and than nothing happens.
is there any other custom rom that i can flash into my lumia 800?

Hey , rataplan is not for lumia 800 , if u have a qualcoom bootloader use this rom http://wp.it168.com/thread-189046-1-1.html , the rom must be flashed only in partition 9 , before flashing this rom download , make backup and flash to partition 3 "sdb3" this file http://www.mediafire.com/?ion3ail0i3o0d1a , extract to desktop and use this commands if u use unbutu live cd
"sudo fdisk -l"
to backup "sudo dd if=/dev/sdb3 of=/home/ubuntu/Desktop/backup3.bin"
to flash partition 3 "sudo dd if=/home/ubuntu/Desktop/amssadsp.img_part3 of=/dev/sdb3"

Just follow the instructions that nonblk gave you, I don't have a Lumia 800 so I proberly guide you in the wrong direction.

how do u fix ur bricked folio then ? , looking for a way to hard flash my tablet ,
I think on black screen and it's easy to reflash via recovery.

ah , u flashed it again from the recovery , mine wont even start the recovery , -.- , im on the latest firmware , :/
previously i put qualcomm bootloader in my lumia 710 by flashing it first with some russian firmware which was i supposed also based on wp7.5.....nowi have wp7.8...how do i put qualcomm bootloader back and put rainbow mod 2.1.....please help....

but to install rainbow mod or any custom firmware...i need qualcomm bootloader...and after upgrading to 7.8 ...i again have nokia dload bootloader...the link you provided is for 7.5 as i already said...russian firmware has been used...i want for 7.8....

Actually when i installed earlier 7.5 ( rainbowmod1.4) i didnt hard reset the phone just to see if it works without hardreset or not. It worked.. Means my bootloader didnt upgrade to DLOAD.. Actually i cudnt under why the need to upgrade to DLOAD.
Have u tried Nokia lumia downloader.. It works in windows no need to install linux (ubuntu)

1st download rainbowmod v2.1 .nb file
download this nokia lumia downloader

Then install and run this
Switched of ur lumia 710 , press vol+ key , connect usb, it vibrate, leave vol+ key,
Now click in run application " download etc etc.." ( i dont remember coz i m on mob)
Locat the .nb file and ok.. It will start a bar in running software.. And will take 15 min..when say completed ..disconnect phone and start..
.
I did this.. I just found this softwarebut not a complete guide i just did what i cud understand and luckily it worked.

It can be unbricked, check this italian forum, with some help from google translate it can bring your phone back to life again! It worked with mine
You can also find other interesting things to do in your Haipai.
Check "Parte 3" to unbrick.

do you have root, any recovery program? are you on stock rom? you can flash a stock rom via flashtool.
nope its just official rom 6.0.1 and no root or recovery applied before and model d6503 if any help for the rom flasher and rom kernel !!
