[Q] Swipe to kill - Galaxy S II Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

hello, how to activate swipe to kill recent apps in official cm10, (like in pac 2.54).
thx.

If you are using PAC rom you could just turn on the kill all switch in the recent apps using the akop rom control settings

Hold the home button for 2 seconds..? Or do you mean something else?

1. PA isn't the official CM10, it's based on it.
2. Swipe to kill is already enabled feature
3. Kill all switch is already included in cm10 nightly newer than 17th of November

But he asked how to swipe and kill right? So hold the home button, and then swipe to kill. Not 'kill all' or hold the back button to kill the app you're using... Or am I reading it wrong?

(Q) Screenshot on CM7.2 RC.0

Heyy all...i want to ask something..i cant take screenshot on cm7.2..its a bug for this rom or just me have that problem? But using a another apps for screenshot its work....thx for ur rply..
Sent from my GT-S5830 using xda premium
It's been answered on another thread it isn't included with this rom.
Works perfectly on my 7.2. But remember, on CM you can make screenshots by pressing power button for a longer time and selecting from the power menu "Screenshots", CM doesn't have this feature like stock rom's means make screenshots by pressing home and back.

[CLOSED][Q] Hold Back button to kill?

Does anyone know how I can implement "Hold Back button to Kill" into Stock ROM? Is it a flashable zip or will I have to edit the Framework?

On stock ROM, holding menu button opens the keyboard.
I am still wondering if there is any tweak or MOD? I am on stock ROM and I always used this tweak and I really need it. Thanks

its Volume down + Power button pressed simultaneously for a cpl of sec's to make the screen shot on AOKP based roms, try the same and see
Have you tried power key+volume down simultaneously?

[Q] Flashlight on home button

Turning on flashlight by long pressing home button at lockscreen is it rom specific, kernel based or there is an application to enable it?
Thanks

its more of Rom specific, u can try the latest CM10 nihgtlies, since CM10 rom has Hardware Button 'Re-Mapping' facility included
Thanks, but I am not into experimenting too much. I prefer to find a good rom that fits most of my needs and try to live with it since I don't have much time to spend on customizing the phone as I am using it for work too
Miui and roms based on it have this feature. Only in lockscreen though...

I ll look into those. Thanks
