Hey Guys,
I've found some great Music-Player for our Phone. The legendary Apollo-Music-Player from the CyanogenMod Developers. So I'm not the Developer, only the one who want to share this great app with you guys. On my ROM [M12, CM7.2 mod] the Music Player works really great.
Do you think so too?
Here the playstore link: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.andrew.apollo.play&feature=trending-apps
And here some Screenies of my phone.
Have fun
No folder view, no good for me
i found it extremely laggy on cm7.2 so had to uninstall it

I use btunes, its an imitation of the ipod's music player, and it has lockscreen control.
I use PowerAMP, similar to winamp.

That will give animation while music is playing you know like a laptop I finally got a 3.5 mm jack to rca out and its awesome but i'd like some animation to go with my tunes

Installing on my Streak running StreakDroid 1.4.6 now. Confirmed working.
Working on Droid 2. This is sooo much better than the stock music app. Thanks!
Working with StreakDroid 1.5.1 and not half bad, but not so great either. Atleast not yet.
Lyrics are always wrong. Nice thought. Doesn't fit our screens verywell.
Certain aspects seem to be slightly off and I wish the album art was larger. Alot of wasted space much like the default adroid music app.
No portrait mode is a nogo with me. =(
It is a step up from the default android music app however, tho I think I'll stick with PowerAmp.
Zimly Coolest Media Player (free in the market, [edit] Zimly is the older version and will nolonger be supported) is also a nice alternative to the defaut player.
Pretty slick layout. I'd replace PowerAmp with it if the dev added an EQ.
I really wish Dell wuld prt their 1.6 music app to 2.2. I LOVED the Dell music app.
Tried it, was rather non-plussed with it.
Ill keep winamp.

+1 for winamp
Another +1 for WinAmp. I pretty much exclusively use WinAmp and it's wireless media sync feature.
MIUI Music on 318 Stock Froyo
It works on 2.2. I like the Widget and it is a better player than the stock option.
Does the Android Winamp support gapless MP3 playback ?
thanks............

Haven't tried it but some seem to think it is pretty nice. From the shots I have seen it is very similar to Google Music (beta).

Back up current music app (TB), delete it, reboot and install this one then reboot.
Not mine, I just pulled the link from the Vibrant forum for my homies here. Here is the thread with some screenies on post 4

ok good i like
Well i know the equalizer on it doesn't work for sure! So i'm assuming the whole zip doesn't work? I have an Epic 4g Touch running the Re-Calked rom. Can someone give me any insight or alternatives?
A couple of things to consider....
What type of ROM are you running and is it compatible with the Beats installation package?
I ask that question because I use the Samsung G-Note and I was running BlackStar X which is an awesome ROM yet the software was fully compatible with the ROM which is ICS, so I switched to The Collective AoCP ROM and the software works awesome with the stock player which I think is Apollo.
The next question is if the ROM is compatible, will the music player going to accept the Beats audio driver?
I ask that one because the second problem I encountered was it wasn't compatible with PlayerPro, my favorite music player. It doesn't matter what ROM I'm running it on, the music player won't accept the Beats audio driver.
So perhaps try the original stock music player first before ruling out the ROM, then you may want to explore other ROM options should that not work out for you. I didn't want to give up my player and ROM, but I'm an audiophile first, then a gadget man. Good luck bro.
