where can i find a stock GB rom for neo v with arabic support already checked SE official forums but as always they were no good ?
also , can i download a .tft rom from wotan server to flash it later with flashrom ?
& can i install a separate language pack to a stock or custom rom if yes then how ?
I think the Arabic support in GB/ICS is present by default, you can try Nordic Rom, I've downloaded the Nordic ICS & there is Arabic language.

i have the 2.3.3 firmware and i was wondering if it supports the Arabic language or not i go to some websites or on Facebook they write Arabic so any suggestions

I don't think it does, I'm not seeing it listed in the language option on my device.
If its the stock android 2.3, it should support it. I had it on 2.1 and because in Canada where I live, 2.3 is still not out so I'm using WB custom ROM and even though the latest ones (4.0.4 and v5) don't come with Arabic text supported as is, there are downloads for that package which makes it work
I just upgraded to v5 as well and reflashed the font&language zip file and my Arabic is back.
is there any stock 2.3.6 firmware including arabic language.....????

no,, but u can can find custom roms created by a user wanam,,, they support arabic fonts
I know that 4.0.4 ICS stock firmware has been released as ftf already..
so I was wondering if this stock support Arabic language for reading and writing only, I mean does it have arabic keyboard? (I know it doesn't have arabic support for menu etc...)
I am asking about this one: (it's generic, central eurpoe)

As the title says, I'm searching for the latest ICS stock ROM (4.1.B.0.587) with ITA customization (not central europe!)
Actually the ROM is not on the sony servers anymore...
