i'm just back to GB & was deleting some bloatwares, applying mods & now my lockscreen is not working.
I cannot lock the screen, power button does nothing except just turning off the display.
I think i just deleted an app related to lockscreen, someone please give me just the name which app is responsible for locking the phone?
I am on stock GB.

I am using gingerbread and removed all bloatware and my Rom is 81 mb (gapps removed)

hello everyone I install chimera kernel on RemICS Rom and my phone run smooth and awesome but I have only one problem that my lockscreen is disappear I have no lockscreen does anyone know how to fix plz help
Not sure why that's happening, maybe its the kernel your running. You could try and download an app called "Milocker" and chose a lock screen. I couldn't find it in the play store. Download is under the bar scanner icon on this page http://www.apktops.com/milocker-1-2-2.html. Use the apktops download link (2nd link under bar scanner icon).

Yea I was reading around and a lot of people say just boot into recovery and do a factory data reset. If that doesn't work then checkout this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1401723&highlight=lock. Read the comments, apparently there is an app that can restore your lock screen.

As stated in the title, my flash button disappear from the camera UI suddenly. I suspect that Foursquare caused the problem as I use Foursquare's shortcut to take photo once. Anyone has any idea about this?
Fyi, I'm currently on stock .452.

Original Razr M home-screen launcher works well on any ICS/JB devices...
I have tested in my Neo v (fw 587) Working great.. the clock widget displays cool notifications of missed calls and sms :good:.. THIS IS NOT MY WORK AND I WILL NEVER BE CAPABLE OF DOING such a nice stuff :silly:

Ok do it as i did.. MAKE SURE DEVICE IS ROOTED..
1 .install any launcher from playstore..
2. delete this apks from system/app (Home.apk, DefaultThemes.apk, HomeAdds.apk, HomePreference.apk, WeatherWidget.apk)( using rootexlporer) tap r/w in system/app and you can copy and keep backup of your original apks somewhere in sd card.. and you can push it same way if you want it back
2. copy downloaded apks..
3. paste it in sytem/app (and make sure not filling rom memory less then 40 mb or 50mb, just to keep some space:silly:, see top for memory info).
4. change permissions to (of those apks which pasted.. see thumbnail for changing permissions )
finally Reboot.. there you are.. enjoy...now you can Uninstall the launcher which you have downloaded from playstore
May be you know how to push apps to system using RootExplorer..
just little info who are new and for those who are struggling to install this apps...

4.1.2 official Poland ... But why doesn't it works when i change something in that app ?
The app is from omega ROM. It controls notification bar toggles n other things.. it must b from some of the mods you installed

Well I did see some ROM's with that animation when you lock the screen by the Power Button, some ppl recomend screen on and lock App but you can only use the widget to lock. Someone can mod the framework or something and make a flashable zip of it? I'm running MoonBreaker ROM v2 on locked BL. Thanks!!

I saw some methods that use a xploder or something like that, that enable you to 'unlock' the framework so you can mod it without error, but its dangerous and I didn't understood too much. A flashable zip would be awesome xD!
