Hey guys
I'm from the SGA forums and I finally got a new phone s3
So I quickly rooted it got CWM and flashed my first ever custom rom Slim Bean.
Now the problem is that while charging the led indicator stays on which I do not want.
Any way I can disable the led indicator?
I could not find anything in settings. That is why I am asking
Thanks in advance

You can't disable afaik. That option is not present in slim, It's there in CM though.

When i'm outside its very dark but inside it's very light.

Hey Steve, I know you got it workin on your own but some roms have that lovely feature of dragging your finger over and back on the statusbar to change brightness. I always use that, its so quick and handy
Hi been having problems with nfc and want to know do you been to have a nfc battery to even turn it on but it just wouldn't work or does it just grey out.
Because mine doesn't turn on ino my battery doesn't support nfc but would that cause the nfc option to be greyed out when i turn it on

Must be a problem with cm10 then.
Try flash another ROM of another release of cm10 and see if it works.
NFC is really of no use to us in Ireland yet anyway so you're not missing out on anything.

Yep, from cork!
Hmmm, well try flash another nightly release of cm, it may be broken in that one.
Anyone else in the cm thread complaining about NFC?

Have you tried the stock battery already?
Also did you do a complete wipe (system format and changed modem)
Nfc works fine for me and btw nfc is much more than just payment, check nfc task launcher

Last option i can think of is Odin with repartition, but be careful to use the correct pit, also try it without sd, if this also doesn't solve your problem, i guess it's a hardware fault.

Hello
I have the international version of s3 with 4.1.2 build 5 supernexus (cm10). How do I disable the charging led right? I don't want the led to stop working in the near future due to being on for such a long time during charge. Oh and it looks pretty bad.
Thanks!

There is no way to get the led light off during loading

I want this too ! No solution for this?
After installing ROMs on my galaxy s2 1900 like JellyBam or Revolt, they both cause a timezone issue. After a while, the automatic timezone detects GMT. Sometimes it goes back to the right timezone (australia) but it generally stays on Greenwich mean time. Of course I can manually set time, but it's been bugging me for an answer. Is this an issue with AOKP type roms, or the kernel? Or something i didn't do during flashing?
Quit heh?

Thanks... That's what I've resorted to do. But now I'm using Sammy ROM (disaster rom) and have no issues with these roms!
